This is awesome quality. Weighs 350 lbs but has four castors to roll easily. Did 18 pound brisket on top rack and turned out perfect! Started at 3am and was done around 1pm and then put in cooler to rest. The temp outside was low 40’s and windy so I had to turn up the LHT adjustment to 030 (means...This is awesome quality. The temp outside was low 40’s and windy so I had to turn up the LHT adjustment to 030 (means auger on for 3 sec) but that was easy. I also did ribeyes on the flame searing side and felt like I was cooking over a real wood fire! I’ve had other pellet grills and this one blows others out of the water. The simplicity of controller and well built stainless steel unit makes it fun to operate and gives you the feeling that it will last a long time. I had a couple small issues but Cookshack remedied them with next day delivery. Awesome customer service.

after reading numerous reviews and watching YouTube videos I decided to pull the trigger and order the smoker. It shipped much quicker than expected and was delivered on a pallet. Have someone help unpack it as its quite heavy. Emptying out the boxes from bottom cabinet helps to decrease the weight...after reading numerous reviews and watching YouTube videos I decided to pull the trigger and order the smoker. It shipped much quicker than expected and was delivered on a pallet. Have someone help unpack it as its quite heavy. Emptying out the boxes from bottom cabinet helps to decrease the weight when you lift it right-side up. Assembly was straight forward. It probably took more time to remove the protective plastic covering on the grill than to put everything together. It was a little tricky to put the ethernet cable plug for the wifi antenna through the round grommet though. The wifi setup was a little confusing at first. It had to be first done on the phone without the app. Then the rest was all through the Memphis app. So how does it work It's amazing. The temperature control was quite good. Using my thermoworks smoke I kept an eye on the temp fluctuations and it wavers about 10 degrees /- from the set temp. Smoking ribs at 225 was as easy as setting the temp and watching for the meat to come to temp. Coming from a Weber propane and a Weber charcoal grill it was do much easier. I could never get 225F on the propane grill with constantly fidgeting with the fire. Also no more smoker box! The ribs were delicious and I think better than our local BBQ joint (45min drive away). Can't wait to put a brisket on to see how it will turn out. It is $$$$ but the 304 stainless, oven-quality gasket and the brains controlling the temp makes it worth every dollar.

Shipping & Delivery Information

Bull BBQ Grill Islands are delivered with most parts fully assembled. The main island structure, complete with veneer/siding, storage cabinets, and countertops, arrives ready to be used and installed on your grill island. Grills and side burners are shipped separately on the skid in separate boxes and simply need to be installed when they arrive. All items are securely transported on a skid. If you choose an L-shaped island, it will come in two parts for easy moving and installation, while the I-shaped island arrives in one whole piece, ready to go. Plus, we offer white glove delivery for an extra fee, making the process even smoother.

How is my Bull BBQ Grill Island shipped to me?

Your Bull BBQ Grill Island is shipped with the finished grill island and appliances (grill, side burner and storage compartments) separate. If you have ordered an Bull L-Shaped Grill Island, each grill island is shipped separately and needs to be connected upon installation. All cut-outs are completed on the finished grill island, just need installation with guided instruction manual. The Porcelain countertop and base finish is installed in factory and delivered to you finished. 

How do I build my Bull BBQ Grill Island?

Your Bull BBQ Grill Island is ready for installation upon delivery. Below is the process to complete installation on your Bull BBQ Grill Island:

  1. Removed packaging from all appliances and grill island. It is best do this near the area where the grill island is being installed.
  2. Make sure the area of installation is leveled and clean. Make sure all eletrical and water supply is in place and ready for connection, if applicable to your model grill island.
  3. Level grill island base from countertop and shim bottom of grill island base to make level across your countertop.
  4. Use required screws or lag builts for base to floor installation.

    1. Wood Decking:

      • Screws: Stainless steel wood screws, preferably #10 or #12 size.
      • Lags: Stainless steel lag screws, ⅜ inch diameter.
      • Bolts: Stainless steel hex bolts with washers and nuts, size dependent on decking thickness.

    2. Concrete Flooring:

      • Screws: Concrete screws, such as Tapcon, ¼ inch diameter.
      • Bolts: Anchor bolts or wedge anchors, ⅜ to ½ inch diameter.

    3. Brick or Masonry:

      • Screws: Masonry screws or sleeve anchors.
      • Bolts: Expansion bolts or masonry anchor bolts.

    4. Tile or Pavers:

      • Screws: Specialized screws for tile, used with a compatible anchor.
      • Bolts: Concrete anchor bolts if underlying surface is concrete.

    5. Composite Decking:

      • Screws: Stainless steel composite deck screws.

30 Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service department to receive an authorization number before shipping the item back to us. Return Shipping

To qualify for return shipping, items must be returned in the original packaging, pallet, and within the continental US. Once your return is approved and processed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print the label and adhere it to the package. Remember, returns only apply to items returned in the original packaging and pallet. Shipping & Delivery Information

Bull BBQ Grill Islands are delivered with most parts fully assembled. The main island structure, complete with veneer/siding, storage cabinets, and countertops, arrives ready to be used and installed on your grill island. Grills and side burners are shipped separately on the skid in separate boxes and simply need to be installed when they arrive. All items are securely transported on a skid. If you choose an L-shaped island, it will come in two parts for easy moving and installation, while the I-shaped island arrives in one whole piece, ready to go. Plus, we offer white glove delivery for an extra fee, making the process even smoother.

Meanwhile, gas valves, painted frames, housings, carts, control panels, and igniters are protected by a 1-year warranty. Please refer to the manufacturer's manual for comprehensive warranty details. Bull Gas Grills guarantees to the original buyer that the grill, under normal residential use, is free from material and workmanship defects for the specified periods. Welded stainless steel burners have a five (5) year warranty. Stainless steel flame tamers are covered for three (3) years. Stainless steel cooking grids, frames, and housings come with a lifetime warranty. All other components have a one (1) year warranty. Bull Refrigerators warranty exclusively covers the refrigerator and its compressor for one (1) year from the date of purchase, protecting the original owner against any manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. How is my Bull BBQ Grill Island shipped to me?

Your Bull BBQ Grill Island is shipped with the finished grill island and appliances (grill, side burner and storage compartments) separate. If you have ordered an Bull L-Shaped Grill Island, each grill island is shipped separately and needs to be connected upon installation. All cut-outs are completed on the finished grill island, just need installation with guided instruction manual. The Porcelain countertop and base finish is installed in factory and delivered to you finished. 

How do I build my Bull BBQ Grill Island?

Your Bull BBQ Grill Island is ready for installation upon delivery. Below is the process to complete installation on your Bull BBQ Grill Island:

  1. Removed packaging from all appliances and grill island. It is best do this near the area where the grill island is being installed.
  2. Make sure the area of installation is leveled and clean. Make sure all eletrical and water supply is in place and ready for connection, if applicable to your model grill island.
  3. Level grill island base from countertop and shim bottom of grill island base to make level across your countertop.
  4. Use required screws or lag builts for base to floor installation.

    1. Wood Decking:

      • Screws: Stainless steel wood screws, preferably #10 or #12 size.
      • Lags: Stainless steel lag screws, ⅜ inch diameter.
      • Bolts: Stainless steel hex bolts with washers and nuts, size dependent on decking thickness.

    2. Concrete Flooring:

      • Screws: Concrete screws, such as Tapcon, ¼ inch diameter.
      • Bolts: Anchor bolts or wedge anchors, ⅜ to ½ inch diameter.

    3. Brick or Masonry:

      • Screws: Masonry screws or sleeve anchors.
      • Bolts: Expansion bolts or masonry anchor bolts.

    4. Tile or Pavers:

      • Screws: Specialized screws for tile, used with a compatible anchor.
      • Bolts: Concrete anchor bolts if underlying surface is concrete.

    5. Composite Decking:

      • Screws: Stainless steel composite deck screws.
      • Bolts: Stainless steel bolts with nuts and washers, used with caution to prevent cracking.
  5. Install grill, side burners, and storage compartments. Hardware is included with each component.
  6. Connect water and electrical if applicable to your Bull BBQ Grill Island.

Do I need a building permit for my BBQ Grill Island?

  1. If the installation involves significant electrical or plumbing work, like running new wiring or adding circuits, a permit is often required. This would be electrical and plumbing work that requires your eletrical and plumbing to moved to accomodate your Bull BBQ Grill Island, not connecting your water supply and eletrical to grill island upon installation

  2. If the grill island is considered a permanent structure meaning it is attached to your home or property, a permit might be necessary.

  3. Homeowners Association (HOA) Rules if you live in a community with an HOA, you may need to get approval from the HOA in addition to or instead of a local government permit.

It is best to keep your Bull Gas Grill covered with a Bull Grill Cover and also keep your sink covered. Side burners come with built-in stainless steel covered included.

30 Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service department to receive an authorization number before shipping the item back to us. Please note that items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted. Items must be returned in new condition. 

Return Shipping

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. In the case that you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly refund you for the product in its entirety minus the cost of shipping and return shipping incurred by BBQ Kitchen Pros.

To qualify for return shipping, items must be returned in the original packaging, pallet, and within the continental US. Once your return is approved and processed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print the label and adhere it to the package. Please ensure the returned item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.

Remember, returns only apply to items returned in the original packaging and pallet. If an item is returned in non-original or damaged packaging, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs. In addition, freight shipping is scheduled for pick-up at a specific date and time, which is agreed upon by the customer. and customers must be there at the scheduled time. Missing scheduled freight time will result in a dry run fee which is issued by the shipping company.

Original Packaging Please keep all the original packaging and pallets for any items that need to be returned. Items that are not returned in their original packaging may not be accepted for return.

Non-Refundable Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Items must be returned in new condition. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
