Bull Outdoor Products guarantees to the original buyer that the grill, under normal residential use, is free from material and workmanship defects for the specified periods. Welded stainless steel burners have a five (5) year warranty. Stainless steel flame tamers are covered for three (3) years. Stainless steel cooking grids, frames, and housings come with a lifetime warranty. All other components have a one (1) year warranty.
This warranty exclusively covers the refrigerator and its compressor for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, protecting the original owner against any manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. Please note, while parts are covered, labor costs for repair or replacement are not included. For a comprehensive understanding and any additional details, it's advised to consult the manufacturer's manual, and retaining the purchase receipt is crucial for validating warranty claims.

We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service department to receive an authorization number before shipping the item back to us. Return Shipping

To qualify for return shipping, items must be returned in the original packaging, pallet, and within the continental US. Once your return is approved and processed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print the label and adhere it to the package. Remember, returns only apply to items returned in the original packaging and pallet. If an item is returned in non-original or damaged packaging, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs. Missing scheduled freight time will result in a dry run fee which is issued by the shipping company.
