Smaller, lightweight items are shipped via standard ground services like UPS or FedEx and generally arrive within 3-5 business days. Larger or heavier items, such as grills and outdoor kitchen components, require Less Than Truckload (LTL) freight shipping. These shipments are transported on a pallet and delivered via a freight carrier. Once the shipment arrives at the local terminal, the freight company will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

How Does Freight Shipping for Large Items Work?
Large items that are too big for standard shipping are delivered via freight shipping. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details and information on whether your order will be delivered by freight.
Freight deliveries include curbside delivery with liftgate service, meaning the driver will lower your items to the ground, but it is your responsibility to bring them onto your property. We recommend having extra help available to move heavy items.
Upon delivery, inspect your order carefully for any missing or damaged items. You can either note the damage and accept the delivery or refuse the entire shipment if multiple items are damaged. Individual damaged items cannot be refused separately.
