Warranty Information
Bull Outdoor Products guarantees to the original buyer that the grill, under normal residential use, is free from material and workmanship defects for the specified periods. Welded stainless steel burners have a five (5) year warranty. Stainless steel flame tamers are covered for three (3) years. Stainless steel cooking grids, frames, and housings come with a lifetime warranty. All other components have a one (1) year warranty.
This warranty exclusively covers the refrigerator and its compressor for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, protecting the original owner against any manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. Please note, while parts are covered, labor costs for repair or replacement are not included. For a comprehensive understanding and any additional details, it's advised to consult the manufacturer's manual, and retaining the purchase receipt is crucial for validating warranty claims.

Remember, returns only apply to items returned in the original packaging. If an item is returned in non-original or damaged packaging, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs. In addition, freight shipping is scheduled for pick-up at a specific date and time, which is agreed upon by the customer. and customers must be there at the scheduled time. Missing scheduled freight time will result in a dry run fee which is issued by the shipping company.
