Twin Eagles builds its pellet grill and smoker in its own factory in Cerritos, California, the same plant that makes its gas grills and the Delta Heat line. The grill is made top to bottom, inside and out, from seamless heli-arc welded 304 stainless steel.
Memphis designs, engineers and tests every grill at its 135,000 square foot facility in Bloomington, Minnesota. Memphis does not say where the grills are assembled, so we list it as US-designed rather than US-built. We carry it here because the Elite and Pro are the best-selling premium pellet grills in our store.

Choose Twin Eagles if you want a pellet grill that is built in the USA, a rotisserie, or a ceramic briquette sear plate and charcoal tray in the same grill. The touchscreen control has Wi-Fi, and the grill includes a smoker plate, a ceramic briquette tray that works as a sear plate, a charcoal tray, dual interior lights and a gasketed, dual-lined hood. The largest Memphis grill, with 1,275 square inches of cooking space and a 24 lb. dual hopper. IntelliBurn lets you switch between direct and indirect flame, and a convection fan keeps the heat even. It includes halogen lights, a sealed, gasketed lid and a 6-in-1 Genie multi-tool.

A built-in grill head drops into an outdoor kitchen island. A freestanding grill sits on a cart, so you can roll it around the patio. The Twin Eagles deluxe cart has a large pellet drawer, two doors and folding side shelves. The Memphis Elite and Pro carts have double-door storage, full-extension side shelves and four locking casters.
