All fabricated stainless-steel components are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for the product's lifetime. The stainless steel cooking grates, briquette tray, charcoal tray, indirect/vaporizer plate, burner pot, and drip pans are warranted for five (5) years under normal use. All other grill components are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the original purchase date. For one (1) year from the original purchase date, your Twin Eagles grill warranty covers all parts and labor to repair or replace any part found to be defective in materials or workmanship. In multi-user settings such as bed and breakfast inns and private clubs, Twin Eagles warrants the grill to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for ninety (90) days from the original purchase date, excluding restaurants and primarily commercial usage. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please make a note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to support@bbqkitchenpros.com on the day of delivery.
Original Packaging Please keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. Items that are not returned in their original packaging may not be accepted for return.
Non-Refundable Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Items must be returned in new condition. C. Damaged & Wrong Products & Issues
