The Asado Experience
An asado is not a meal you cook and serve; it is an afternoon you host. The fire gets lit at noon, friends arrive with wine, and the cook is never alone at the grill because the grill is where everyone wants to stand.
The Tagwood BBQ05SS puts that fire at the center of a permanent outdoor kitchen. It is the BBQ03SS cooking system, the crank grate, the brasero, the hooks, in a body designed to disappear into your island so the only thing showing is stainless steel and open flame. Frame it in stone with a counter on either side and it becomes the reason the kitchen exists.
How You Cook On It
Start the fire in the brasero. Oak, hickory, quebracho, or lump charcoal; twenty minutes to a bed of embers. Open the front door, rake them under the main grate, and spread them: a thick bed on one side for searing, a scatter on the other for finishing.
Set the height with the crank wheel. Two inches for a picanha, eight inches for short ribs rendering over two hours. The round-bar grate lets fat roll off instead of pooling and flaring. Swap it for the griddle and you have a plancha for vegetables, seafood, and bread. Hang chorizo and whole chickens from the S-hooks and let the rising heat do the work.
Built Like A Tank
Every component of the BBQ05SS is 304-grade stainless steel, the alloy used in commercial kitchens and marine hardware. Welded body, solid round-bar grate, and a brasero lined with refractory firebrick rated to 2,870°F that stores heat like a pizza oven and shields both the steel and your surrounding masonry. Once it's set in stone, it stays there for decades.
Installation
The BBQ05SS is designed to be built into a non-combustible island. Plan for the 48 1/2" W x 19 3/4" D x 34" H body plus clearance and ventilation as specified in the owner's manual linked below. A masonry contractor or outdoor kitchen builder can frame it in stone, brick, block, or a steel stud and cement board enclosure. The optional Tagwood smoke hood is available for covered installations.

30 Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service department to receive an authorization number before shipping the item back to us. Please note that items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted. Items must be returned in new condition.
Return Shipping
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. In the case that you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly refund you for the product in its entirety minus the cost of shipping and return shipping incurred by BBQ Kitchen Pros.
To qualify for return shipping, items must be returned in the original packaging, and pallet, (if included) and within the continental US. Once your return is approved and processed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print the label and adhere to the package. Please ensure the returned item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
Remember, returns only apply to items returned in the original packaging. If an item is returned in non-original or damaged packaging, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs. In addition, freight shipping is scheduled for pick-up at a specific date and time, which is agreed upon by the customer. and customers must be there at the scheduled time. Missing scheduled freight time will result in a dry run fee which is issued by the shipping company.
Damaged Items

Original Packaging Please keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. Items that are not returned in their original packaging may not be accepted for return.

C. Damaged & Wrong Products & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To return your product, you should contact our mail. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
D. Exchanges

E. No Re-stocking Fees
