Tagwood Grill Accessories

Tagwood accessories extend what a Santa Maria grill can do, and every one is made of the same 304 stainless steel as the grill. Add a second cooking level with a roof grill or adjustable secondary grate. Turn whole animals on a rotisserie kit or the Patagonian asador cross. Swap the round-bar grate for a V-shape grate that catches drippings and ends flare-ups. Drop in a griddle for plancha cooking, shield the fire with a wind guard, close the hearth with a stainless lid, or bring the embers to the table in a warming brazier.
