This Shipping Policy applies to orders shipped within the United States. By placing an order with us, you accept the policies contained herein.
A. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders over $99.99. Orders below $99.99 will pay a flat rate of $10.95
B. Transit, Handling, and Order Cut-Off Time
In general, shipments are in transit for 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday).
The order cut-off time is 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York).
Order handling time is 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).
C. Delivery Terms
We use UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS to deliver our products.
D. Change of Address
Once your order is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@bbqkitchenpros.com.
E. Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Return Policy.
F. Parcels Damaged in Transit
If you find that your parcel has been damaged in transit, please reject the parcel if possible and contact our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for further assistance.
