Round Wood Fired Grill and Griddle for Group Cooking
Everyone gathers around a fire anyway. The Fireside lets them eat from it. The fire burns in a steel cone in the middle. A round grate sits right over it for direct grilling, and a thick steel griddle ring surrounds it, hottest at the inner edge and cooler toward the outside. A wrap-around shelf circles the whole thing for plates and drinks. Think hibachi or teppanyaki for the backyard: one cook, a crowd, and food moving from hot to warm as it finishes. Built in the USA.
Fireside Grill Features
- Three cooking zones. A center grate for direct-fire grilling, a griddle ring for flat-top cooking, and an outer shelf that stays cool enough to rest food, plates, and drinks.
- Heat that steps down from the center. The griddle is hottest next to the fire and cooler at the edge, so you can sear, cook, and hold at the same time just by sliding food outward.
- 3/8-inch steel plate griddle. Thick plate holds heat evenly and won't warp. The legs are 3/8-inch plate too.
- 10-gauge steel fire cone. Heavy steel where the fire lives, with 14-gauge steel shelves around the outside.
- Removable center grate. Lift it out with the included tool and the Fireside becomes a fire pit with a griddle ring.
- Wood or charcoal. Burn split hardwood, lump charcoal, or both.
- Built to last outdoors. Primer coat to prevent rust, then charcoal high-temp paint rated to 1200°F.
- Tools included: fire poker and a grate lift and removal tool.
How to Use the Fireside
Step 1. Build the fire. Light lump charcoal or kindling in the center cone, then add split hardwood.
Step 2. Heat the griddle. Give the steel ring 20 to 30 minutes to come up to temperature. Wipe on a thin coat of high-smoke-point oil.
Step 3. Cook in zones. Sear steaks on the center grate. Cook eggs, vegetables, rice, and smash burgers on the griddle. Slide finished food to the outer edge to keep warm.
Step 4. Clean up. Scrape food bits into the fire while it's still hot. Once cool, wipe the griddle and re-season with food-safe oil.

How do I keep the griddle from rusting? Season it like cast iron. After each cook, scrape, wipe, and apply a thin coat of food-safe oil. Keep it covered when not in use.
Where can I put it? On a level, non-combustible surface like concrete, pavers, or stone, with clearance from anything that can burn.

30 Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service department to receive an authorization number before shipping the item back to us. Please note that items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted. Items must be returned in new condition.
Return Shipping
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. In the case that you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly refund you for the product in its entirety minus the cost of shipping and return shipping incurred by BBQ Kitchen Pros.
To qualify for return shipping, items must be returned in the original packaging, and pallet, (if included) and within the continental US. Once your return is approved and processed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print the label and adhere to the package. Please ensure the returned item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
Remember, returns only apply to items returned in the original packaging. If an item is returned in non-original or damaged packaging, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs. In addition, freight shipping is scheduled for pick-up at a specific date and time, which is agreed upon by the customer. and customers must be there at the scheduled time. Missing scheduled freight time will result in a dry run fee which is issued by the shipping company.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please make a note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to support@bbqkitchenpros.com on the day of delivery.
Original Packaging Please keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. Items that are not returned in their original packaging may not be accepted for return.
Non-Refundable Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Items must be returned in new condition. C. Damaged & Wrong Products & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To return your product, you should contact our mail. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
D. Exchanges
