Sunterra Santa Maria grills are the Central Coast open-fire design built in San Antonio, Texas: a firebrick-lined firebox, a flat grate on a chain-drive crank, and 3/16-inch steel that holds heat for a long cook. Choose single grate for one fire or split grate for two heats at once, from a 30-inch patio grill to a 72-inch pit, built-in or on a cart.

• Frontier — 12-gauge carbon steel, 36", the lowest price into a real Santa Maria grill.
• Origin — 3/16-inch carbon steel in a charcoal finish, firebrick lined, 30 to 72 inches.
• Pro Series — NSF-certified, powder-coated steel for commercial or heavy home use, 36 to 72 inches.
• Stainless Steel — 304 stainless for stainless outdoor kitchens, pools and coastal air, 36 to 72 inches.

Built-In or With Cart

Built-in models drop into a masonry or cabinet island with a cutout from the spec sheet. Cart models arrive ready to roll, with side shelves and casters. Every size is available both ways, and the split 48/24 grate option on the 72-inch models gives you a big grate and a small one over separate fires.
