The Coyote SL-Series 36-Inch 4-Burner Freestanding Gas Grill with RapidSear Burner and Rotisserie gives you everything you need for big cookouts. Built to last, the grill is made from strong 304 stainless steel all over. That means it won’t rust and can handle rain, sun, snow, or wind—so you can enjoy grilling all year long. The shiny stainless steel also makes your outdoor kitchen look amazing.
This grill comes with three powerful stainless steel burners that together produce 80,000 BTUs of heat. These burners spread heat evenly and help you cook your food just right. You also get a 15,000 BTU RapidSear burner that gets extra hot—perfect for searing steaks like they do in restaurants. It's built into the grill and controlled with a simple turn of the knob.

The Coyote SL-Series 36 Grill Cart makes your grill easy to move and adds handy features to make outdoor cooking even better. It’s made from strong 304 stainless steel to handle outdoor weather and stop rust. It comes with two big side shelves that fold out to give you more space to prep your food. When you're done, fold them down to save space.
Under the grill is a double-door storage cabinet. One side has a shelf to hold your tools and supplies. The other side has a slide-out tray for your propane tank so you can change it quickly and safely. The cart also has vents to let gas escape, which keeps everything safe.
With four wheels (and two that lock), you can roll your grill anywhere on your patio or backyard and lock it in place when you’re ready to cook.

Warranty
Coyote Outdoor guarantees that their products are free from defects in workmanship and materials. The warranty covers the stainless steel frame and housing, as well as the stainless steel burners, for the lifetime of the original owner. The cooking grids are covered for five (5) years, while the flavorizer bars and electric/plastic components are warranted for two (2) years. The ignition systems and valves have a one (1) year warranty. Please note that labor is not included under this warranty. For comprehensive warranty details, please refer to the manufacturer’s manual.

For Scheduled Delivery
Companies that arrange delivery slots necessitate your presence for the delivery and your signature for confirmation. Deliveries are made using a semi-truck with lift gate service, placing the shipment by the curb. For Non-Scheduled Deliveries
Delivery services that don't operate on appointments don't mandate your presence or a scheduled delivery slot. There's also no signature required upon receipt. Without the hassle of scheduling or waiting around, let the delivery come to you. If you're home during the drop-off, the driver can be asked to place your items in the garage. If you're away, they'll position it close to the garage or main entry.

Change of Address

30 Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service department to receive an authorization number before shipping the item back to us. Please note that items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted. Items must be returned in new condition.
Return Shipping
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. In the case that you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly refund you for the product in its entirety minus the cost of shipping and return shipping incurred by BBQ Kitchen Pros.
To qualify for return shipping, items must be returned in the original packaging, and pallet, (if included) and within the continental US. Once your return is approved and processed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print the label and adhere to the package. Please ensure the returned item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
Remember, returns only apply to items returned in the original packaging. If an item is returned in non-original or damaged packaging, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs. In addition, freight shipping is scheduled for pick-up at a specific date and time, which is agreed upon by the customer. and customers must be there at the scheduled time. Missing scheduled freight time will result in a dry run fee which is issued by the shipping company.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please make a note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to support@bbqkitchenpros.com on the day of delivery.
Original Packaging Please keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. Items that are not returned in their original packaging may not be accepted for return.
Non-Refundable Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

A. 30 Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Items must be returned in new condition. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Items that are not eligible for return include the following:

C. Damaged & Wrong Products & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To return your product, you should contact our mail. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
D. Exchanges

E. No Re-stocking Fees
For our products, there is no Restocking Fee.
F. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not.
