The Broil King 118 x 70-Inch Outdoor Kitchen Island with Imperial S 690i is designed for homeowners who want maximum workspace, serious grilling power, and an integrated entertainment layout. The spacious L-shaped footprint provides ample room for cooking, prep, and serving—making it ideal for hosting large gatherings.
At the center of the island is the Imperial S 690i 6-burner gas grill, producing 60,000 BTUs across six stainless steel Dual-Tube™ burners. The grill’s defining feature is its two fully independent stainless steel ovens, allowing you to grill different foods at separate temperatures at the same time—perfect for multitasking during long cookouts.
The Flav-R-Wave™ stainless steel cooking system captures drippings and turns them into flavorful smoke while shielding the burners from grease. Combined with cast stainless steel cooking grates, this system ensures even heat distribution, strong sear marks, and consistent results across the entire cooking surface.
A 10,000 BTU side burner adds flexibility for preparing sauces, sides, or boiling water, while the 15,000 BTU rear rotisserie burner and included premium rotisserie kit make it easy to slow-roast poultry and large cuts with even heat.

Broil King Limited Warranty
The grill cookbox, lids, and cabinet components are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. Stainless steel Dual-Tube™ burners, Flav-R-Wave™ cooking system, and rear rotisserie burner are covered for fifteen (15) years. All remaining grill parts and finishes are covered for two (2) years. The refrigerator is covered by a one (1) year limited warranty. Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and excludes labor. Refer to manufacturer documentation for complete details.

For Scheduled Delivery

For Non-Scheduled Deliveries
Delivery services that don't operate on appointments don't mandate your presence or a scheduled delivery slot. There's also no signature required upon receipt. Without the hassle of scheduling or waiting around, let the delivery come to you. If you're home during the drop-off, the driver can be asked to place your items in the garage. If you're away, they'll position it close to the garage or main entry.

30 Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service department to receive an authorization number before shipping the item back to us. Please note that items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted. Items must be returned in new condition.
Return Shipping
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. In the case that you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly refund you for the product in its entirety minus the cost of shipping and return shipping incurred by BBQ Kitchen Pros.
To qualify for return shipping, items must be returned in the original packaging, and pallet, (if included) and within the continental US. Once your return is approved and processed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print the label and adhere to the package. Please ensure the returned item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
Remember, returns only apply to items returned in the original packaging. If an item is returned in non-original or damaged packaging, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs. In addition, freight shipping is scheduled for pick-up at a specific date and time, which is agreed upon by the customer. and customers must be there at the scheduled time. Missing scheduled freight time will result in a dry run fee which is issued by the shipping company.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please make a note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to support@bbqkitchenpros.com on the day of delivery.
Original Packaging Please keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. Items that are not returned in their original packaging may not be accepted for return.
Non-Refundable Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

A. 30 Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Items must be returned in new condition. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
B. Easy Return Process

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Items that are not eligible for return include the following:
Custom-made, special-order, and made-to-order products. Items are marked non-returnable in the item description.
C. Damaged & Wrong Products & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To return your product, you should contact our mail. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
D. Exchanges

E. No Re-stocking Fees
For our products, there is no Restocking Fee.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not.
