The Baron S 590 PRO IR has five Dual-Tube™ burners made of strong stainless steel. These burners produce 45,000 BTUs of heat, which means your grill gets hot fast and stays hot. The tube-in-tube design spreads the flames evenly, so your food cooks perfectly without cold spots.
Grilling is about more than just heat—it's about flavor. The Flav-R-Wave™ cooking system catches drippings from your food and turns them into flavorful smoke. This adds a delicious barbecue taste to everything you cook while also keeping your burners protected from grease.
The cooking grates on this grill are made of thick 8mm stainless steel, which helps them hold heat and cook food evenly. With 570 square inches of cooking space plus a 250-square-inch warming rack, there’s plenty of room to grill for family and friends.
If you love a perfect crust on your steak, the 10,000 BTU infrared side burner is for you. This burner gets extremely hot, creating a crispy, caramelized crust that locks in all the juices. It’s just like cooking at a top steakhouse.
The 15,000 BTU rotisserie burner at the back of the grill is made for slow, even cooking. It comes with a high-quality rotisserie kit, so you can roast chickens, pork, or even a turkey for juicy, flavorful results.
The Linear-Flow™ valves with 180° Sensi-Touch™ control knobs let you fine-tune the heat with precision. Whether you need a high sear or a low-and-slow roast, you have full control over your cooking temperature.
The grill is built with a tough stainless steel hood, strong cast aluminum end caps, and a Therma-Cast™ aluminum cook box. These materials help keep heat inside the grill for better cooking while also standing up to outdoor weather for years of use.

Broil King offers a limited lifetime warranty on the cookbox, while the stainless steel burners and Flav-R-Wave™ system are covered for 10 years. Other parts and paint are covered for 2 years. Labor not included.

For Non-Scheduled Deliveries

If you're away, they'll position it close to the garage or main entry.

30 Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service department to receive an authorization number before shipping the item back to us. Please note that items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted. Items must be returned in new condition.
Return Shipping
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. In the case that you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly refund you for the product in its entirety minus the cost of shipping and return shipping incurred by BBQ Kitchen Pros.
To qualify for return shipping, items must be returned in the original packaging, and pallet, (if included) and within the continental US. Once your return is approved and processed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print the label and adhere to the package. Please ensure the returned item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
Remember, returns only apply to items returned in the original packaging. If an item is returned in non-original or damaged packaging, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs. In addition, freight shipping is scheduled for pick-up at a specific date and time, which is agreed upon by the customer. and customers must be there at the scheduled time. Missing scheduled freight time will result in a dry run fee which is issued by the shipping company.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please make a note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to support@bbqkitchenpros.com on the day of delivery.
Original Packaging Please keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. Items that are not returned in their original packaging may not be accepted for return.
Non-Refundable Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

A. 30 Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Items must be returned in new condition. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Items that are not eligible for return include the following:

C. Damaged & Wrong Products & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To return your product, you should contact our mail. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
D. Exchanges

E. No Re-stocking Fees
For our products, there is no Restocking Fee.
F. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded back to your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
