01 · Heat system
Three Accufire U-Burners Under a Bed of Ceramic
Three 27,500 BTU Accufire U-burners, made from an 18-SR stainless steel and titanium blend, fire into trays of pyramid-shaped refractive ceramic briquettes. The briquettes absorb the flame and radiate it back evenly across all 660 square inches, eliminating hot and cold spots. Drippings land on hot ceramic and vaporize into flavor instead of flaring up.
02 · Rotisserie
Mega-Drive Rotisserie and Ceramic Infrared Rear Burner
The chain-driven Mega-Drive motor is hidden inside the grill body, out of the weather, and turns the spit with 120 ft-lb of torque. It is rated for up to 50 lb: a prime rib, the holiday turkey or several chickens at once. Behind the spit, a flush-mounted 18,500 BTU ceramic infrared burner roasts from the back of the firebox for the crisp, golden crust ALXE owners love.
03 · Smoker
Signature Taste Smoking System
A stainless smoker drawer sits right below the controls with its own 5,000 BTU burner, so smoke output is controlled separately from the grill. Load wood chunks, herbs, pellets or charcoal, slide it shut, and vents carry the smoke up across the cooking surface. There is no hood to lift, no foil packet and no separate smoker taking up room on the patio.

Electro-Polished Grates with Room for a Crowd
Three removable sections of 3/8" round stainless rod, electro-polished so food releases cleanly, give you sharp sear marks without tearing fish or vegetables. With 660 square inches on the main grate and 238 on the warming rack, the ALXE-36 delivers 898 square inches of cooking space from a 36-inch footprint.

For Scheduled Delivery

For Non-Scheduled Deliveries

If you're away, they'll position it close to the garage or main entry.

30 Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service department to receive an authorization number before shipping the item back to us. Please note that items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted. Items must be returned in new condition.
Return Shipping
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. In the case that you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly refund you for the product in its entirety minus the cost of shipping and return shipping incurred by BBQ Kitchen Pros.
To qualify for return shipping, items must be returned in the original packaging, and pallet, (if included) and within the continental US. Once your return is approved and processed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print the label and adhere to the package. Please ensure the returned item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
Remember, returns only apply to items returned in the original packaging. If an item is returned in non-original or damaged packaging, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs. In addition, freight shipping is scheduled for pick-up at a specific date and time, which is agreed upon by the customer. and customers must be there at the scheduled time. Missing scheduled freight time will result in a dry run fee which is issued by the shipping company.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please make a note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to support@bbqkitchenpros.com on the day of delivery.
Original Packaging Please keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. Items that are not returned in their original packaging may not be accepted for return.
Non-Refundable Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

A. 30 Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Items must be returned in new condition. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

C. Damaged & Wrong Products & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To return your product, you should contact our mail. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
D. Exchanges
