An open island cavity is a home for ants, dust and damp. The sealed dry storage pantry is a complete 304 stainless cabinet: double-lined doors close on an insulated foam gasket, an integrated rain gutter sheds water that runs down the island face, and inside you get a door with an adjustable wire shelf on one side and 2 soft-close drawers behind the other. The 21-inch low profile fits under a counter beside a grill. The whole unit flush-mounts in one cutout and lines up with Alfresco doors and drawers.

01 · Sealed
Insulated Foam Gasket and Integrated Rain Gutter
Both doors close against an insulated foam gasket that seals the cabinet, and a rain gutter built into the frame catches water running down the island face and sheds it before it reaches the seal. It is the difference between a cabinet and a hole in the masonry.
02 · Inside
2 Soft-Close Drawers and an Adjustable Wire Shelf
Behind one door, 2 drawers on soft-close glides sort spices, tools and linens. Behind the other, an adjustable 304 stainless wire shelf takes plates, glasses and bottles. Everything is stainless, so nothing swells, warps or molds.
03 · Construction
Double-Lined 304 Stainless, Flush-Mounted
Doors are two skins of 304 stainless with the hardware captured between them; the cabinet is welded stainless. The frame flush-mounts in stone, stucco, brick, wood or metal so the fronts sit flush with Alfresco doors and drawers beside it.

Freight Shipment Specifics
The majority of freight items are shipped on pallets. Some delivery companies will reach out to fix a delivery slot, whereas others aim to drop off your order at the most accessible spot nearest to your home, preferably close to a garage. The shipping confirmation email will detail the specific delivery procedures to anticipate.
For Scheduled Delivery
Companies that arrange delivery slots necessitate your presence for the delivery and your signature for confirmation. Deliveries are made using a semi-truck with lift gate service, placing the shipment by the curb. Should you grant permission for the delivery to be left unsupervised, BBQ Kitchen Pros cannot assume responsibility for any ensuing damages. For Non-Scheduled Deliveries
Delivery services that don't operate on appointments don't mandate your presence or a scheduled delivery slot. There's also no signature required upon receipt. Without the hassle of scheduling or waiting around, let the delivery come to you. If you're home during the drop-off, the driver can be asked to place your items in the garage. If you're away, they'll position it close to the garage or main entry.

Change of Address

30 Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service department to receive an authorization number before shipping the item back to us. Please note that items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted. Items must be returned in new condition.
Return Shipping
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. In the case that you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly refund you for the product in its entirety minus the cost of shipping and return shipping incurred by BBQ Kitchen Pros.
To qualify for return shipping, items must be returned in the original packaging, and pallet, (if included) and within the continental US. Once your return is approved and processed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print the label and adhere to the package. Please ensure the returned item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
Remember, returns only apply to items returned in the original packaging. If an item is returned in non-original or damaged packaging, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs. In addition, freight shipping is scheduled for pick-up at a specific date and time, which is agreed upon by the customer. and customers must be there at the scheduled time. Missing scheduled freight time will result in a dry run fee which is issued by the shipping company.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please make a note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to support@bbqkitchenpros.com on the day of delivery.
Original Packaging Please keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. Items that are not returned in their original packaging may not be accepted for return.
Non-Refundable Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

A. 30 Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Items must be returned in new condition. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
B. Easy Return Process

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Items that are not eligible for return include the following:
Custom-made, special-order, and made-to-order products. Items are marked non-returnable in the item description.
C. Damaged & Wrong Products & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To return your product, you should contact our mail. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
D. Exchanges
We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at support@bbqkitchenpros.com or call us at +1 888-678-3530.
E. No Re-stocking Fees
For our products, there is no Restocking Fee.
F. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded back to your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
