Double-lined 304 stainless doors that swing almost 180°, flush-mounted to the island, sized to sit under an Alfresco 42-inch grill. Sealed with Marine Armour for coastal living.
An access door is the part of the island you touch most, and the part that rusts first on cheap kitchens. The Alfresco 42-inch is built like the grills: 304 stainless, double-lined so the door stays flat and the hinges stay true, with a magnetic latch and a swing of almost 180° so you can reach everything behind it. Two doors open the full width for a propane tank, a trash can or the plumbing and gas valves. It flush-mounts in stone, stucco, brick, wood or metal, lines up under the Alfresco 42-inch grill, and takes the optional XEDS-2 door bin for sauces and tools and the AXE-42E enclosure for a sealed cabinet behind it. A hand-applied Marine Armour ceramic coating seals the stainless against salt air, UV and harsh weather.

01 · Marine Armour
Marine Armour Ceramic Coating for Coastal Living
Marine Armour is a clear, liquid ceramic coating hand-applied over the stainless in a four-step process. It cures into a non-absorbent, glass-like finish that fills the tiny pores of the steel, protecting it from salt air corrosion, oxidation, UV rays, staining and harsh weather. A once-a-year maintenance application keeps the protection going.
02 · Construction
Double-Lined 304 Stainless Door
The door is two skins of 304 stainless with the hinge hardware captured between them, so the panel stays flat, the hinges do not loosen and nothing oil-cans in the sun. Heli-arc welded seams, the same construction as an Alfresco grill.
03 · Access
Almost 180° Swing, Magnetic Latch
Each door swings nearly flat against the island, so a propane tank or a trash can comes straight out without threading it past the door. A magnetic latch holds it shut without a catch to break.
04 · Upgrades
XEDS-2 Door Bin and AXE-42E Enclosure
The XEDS-2 accessory bin mounts to the back of the door for sauces, brushes and tongs. The AXE-42E enclosure is a stainless box that mounts behind the door, turning an open masonry cavity into a sealed cabinet that keeps dust and insects off what you store.

For Scheduled Delivery
Companies that arrange delivery slots necessitate your presence for the delivery and your signature for confirmation. Deliveries are made using a semi-truck with lift gate service, placing the shipment by the curb. Should you grant permission for the delivery to be left unsupervised, BBQ Kitchen Pros cannot assume responsibility for any ensuing damages. For Non-Scheduled Deliveries
Delivery services that don't operate on appointments don't mandate your presence or a scheduled delivery slot. There's also no signature required upon receipt. Without the hassle of scheduling or waiting around, let the delivery come to you. If you're home during the drop-off, the driver can be asked to place your items in the garage. If you're away, they'll position it close to the garage or main entry.

30 Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service department to receive an authorization number before shipping the item back to us. Please note that items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted. Items must be returned in new condition.
Return Shipping
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. In the case that you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly refund you for the product in its entirety minus the cost of shipping and return shipping incurred by BBQ Kitchen Pros.
To qualify for return shipping, items must be returned in the original packaging, and pallet, (if included) and within the continental US. Once your return is approved and processed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print the label and adhere to the package. Please ensure the returned item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
Remember, returns only apply to items returned in the original packaging. If an item is returned in non-original or damaged packaging, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs. In addition, freight shipping is scheduled for pick-up at a specific date and time, which is agreed upon by the customer. and customers must be there at the scheduled time. Missing scheduled freight time will result in a dry run fee which is issued by the shipping company.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please make a note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to support@bbqkitchenpros.com on the day of delivery.
Original Packaging Please keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. Items that are not returned in their original packaging may not be accepted for return.
Non-Refundable Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

A. 30 Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Items must be returned in new condition. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
B. Easy Return Process

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Items that are not eligible for return include the following:

C. Damaged & Wrong Products & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To return your product, you should contact our mail. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
D. Exchanges
We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at support@bbqkitchenpros.com or call us at +1 888-678-3530.
E. No Re-stocking Fees
For our products, there is no Restocking Fee.
F. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded back to your original payment method.
