The Tagwood Smoke Hood for the BBQ25SS solves that with physics instead of electronics, and it is nearly a foot deeper than the standard hood so it reaches the back row of the XL grate. It is the same 304 stainless as the grill beneath it, so the two read as one piece.
How It Works
Fire makes heat, heat rises, and the hood is shaped to catch it. Smoke from the brasero and the hearth is drawn into the canopy, funneled into the extendable duct, and released above the roofline through the wind hood cover. Because there is no fan, draft depends on the fire and the air around it: a hot, clean hardwood fire in a breezy space vents beautifully; a smoldering fire in a dead-air corner vents less. Burn dry hardwood or lump charcoal, keep the fire lively, and the hood does its job.
What You Need To Install It
A complete installation is three parts, and all three are on this page:
- The smoke hood (the canopy), wall-mounted above the grill.

30 Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. Return Shipping

To qualify for return shipping, items must be returned in the original packaging, and pallet, (if included) and within the continental US. Remember, returns only apply to items returned in the original packaging. If an item is returned in non-original or damaged packaging, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs. In addition, freight shipping is scheduled for pick-up at a specific date and time, which is agreed upon by the customer. and customers must be there at the scheduled time. Missing scheduled freight time will result in a dry run fee which is issued by the shipping company.
Damaged Items

C. Damaged & Wrong Products & Issues
