Alfresco 24 Inch Gas Versa Power Cooking System - AXEVP
From a 400 BTU simmer to a 65,000 BTU rolling boil: the outdoor burner for stockpots, woks, fryers and paella pans.
The Versa Power is the burner a grill cannot replace. A dual-ring burner puts a brass inner ring (400 to 20,000 BTU) inside a stainless outer ring (5,000 to 45,000 BTU), each on its own control, so the same 24-inch station melts butter without scorching it and brings a 100-quart crawfish pot to a boil. A 5/16-inch stainless spider grate carries the biggest cookware you own, and its center trivet lifts out to seat a round-bottom wok. Run both rings and the grate works like a European French top, spreading even heat under several pans at once. Push-button ignition, amber LED knob lighting, a pull-out grease tray and a stainless cover are built in. It drops into an island or rides on the optional cart or storage counter.

Most side burners are built for one pot. The Versa Power is engineered as a complete cooking station, so it simmers, boils, fries, stir-fries and runs several pans at once.
01 · Heat system
Dual-Ring Burner: 400 to 65,000 BTU on Two Knobs
The brass inner ring runs from 400 to 20,000 BTU, low enough to hold a beurre blanc or melt chocolate and strong enough for a saucepan at a hard boil. The stainless outer ring runs from 5,000 to 45,000 BTU for stockpots, fryers and woks. Each ring has its own control on the front panel, so you can run the center alone, the outer alone, or both together for 65,000 BTU.
02 · Grate
5/16-Inch Spider Grate with a Removable Wok Ring
Heavy 5/16-inch stainless rods form a spider grate that holds a 100-quart pot without flexing. The center section lifts out to become a wok ring and trivet, seating a round-bottom wok up to 21.5 inches so the flame wraps the bowl the way a restaurant wok burner does. Alfresco’s 19-inch teppanyaki griddle drops onto the same grate for breakfast or smash burgers.
03 · French top
Cooks Like a European French Top
Light both rings and the big grate becomes a graduated heat surface: hottest over the center, gentler toward the edges. Slide a pan toward the middle to sear and out to the edge to hold, and cook three or four pans at once with no knob changes. It is how a restaurant line cooks, and it is why owners end up using the Versa Power for whole meals, not just side dishes.
04 · Built to last
Heavy-Gauge Stainless, Heli-Arc Welded, Cover Included
The body is commercial stainless with heli-arc welded seams, made to live outside through four seasons and years of 65,000 BTU heat. A full-length pull-out grease tray catches spills and boil-overs, push-button 110V ignition lights either ring, and amber LED knob lighting make the controls readable after dark. A matching stainless cover protects the grate when you are done.

For Non-Scheduled Deliveries

If you're away, they'll position it close to the garage or main entry.

30 Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service department to receive an authorization number before shipping the item back to us. Please note that items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted. Items must be returned in new condition.
Return Shipping
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. In the case that you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly refund you for the product in its entirety minus the cost of shipping and return shipping incurred by BBQ Kitchen Pros.
To qualify for return shipping, items must be returned in the original packaging, and pallet, (if included) and within the continental US. Once your return is approved and processed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print the label and adhere to the package. Please ensure the returned item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
Remember, returns only apply to items returned in the original packaging. If an item is returned in non-original or damaged packaging, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs. In addition, freight shipping is scheduled for pick-up at a specific date and time, which is agreed upon by the customer. and customers must be there at the scheduled time. Missing scheduled freight time will result in a dry run fee which is issued by the shipping company.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please make a note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to support@bbqkitchenpros.com on the day of delivery.
Original Packaging Please keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. Items that are not returned in their original packaging may not be accepted for return.
Non-Refundable Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

A. 30 Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Items must be returned in new condition. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
B. Easy Return Process

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Items that are not eligible for return include the following:

C. Damaged & Wrong Products & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To return your product, you should contact our mail. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
D. Exchanges

E. No Re-stocking Fees
For our products, there is no Restocking Fee.
F. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not.
