Bromic Cobalt Smart-Heat electric patio heaters are the brand's entry point: 4000W (44 in., about 130 sq ft) and 6000W (56 in., about 144 sq ft) radiant heaters in 240V or 208V, with 304 stainless steel housings, quartz elements and an IPX4 rating. Mount them on a wall (6 ft minimum height) or ceiling (8 ft minimum height) over covered patios, pergolas or garages. The warranty is 1 year on parts and 7 years on elements.
