Look. Most grill reviews on the market read like they were written by someone who's never actually stood over a flame at midnight, flipping a steak that matters. This isn't that.

Blaze Grills are widely considered one of the best premium and luxury grade grills with five series of gas grills. From top to bottom, each grill is made with premium 304 stainless steel materials All backed by a lifetime warranty. The Prelude LBM gets you in the door. The Premium LTE+ is the one everybody buys. The LTE Pro is brand new for 2025 — digital temp screen, meat probes, the works. The Professional LUX is the big dog. And the Marine Grade is built for people who grill where the salt air destroys everything else.

Every model. Real specs. What's good. What's not. No one paid us to say nice things.

The Bottom Line

Blaze uses 304 stainless steel on everything for superior durability against the outdoors — burners, grates, flame tamers, housing. Not just the parts you can see. That's what keeps a grill cooking after five years of rain, grease, and heat. The warranty covers all of it for life. The new LTE Pro gives you a digital temp readout and two meat probes — cook by numbers, not by guesswork. Whether you're building an outdoor kitchen or just want a grill that won't fall apart, there's a Blaze that makes perfect sense.

What We Like

āœ“ 304 stainless steel everywhere — burners, grates, housing, flame tamers

āœ“ 5 series from entry to luxury — plus a 316L marine grade option

āœ“ LTE Pro digital temp panel — reads from the grill surface, not the hood

āœ“ Lifetime warranty on every stainless component

What to Know

āœ— Designed in USA. Made in China.

āœ— LBM skips lighting, infrared rear burner, and rotisserie

āœ— Ignition gets 1 year only — not lifetime

āœ— Adding lighting later voids warranty — costs ~$600

Blaze Prelude LBM Review: The Entry-Level Grill That Doesn't Cut Corners on Steel

Blaze LBM Grills
Blaze Prelude LBM 25-Inch Freestanding Grills

The LBM is how Blaze gets you in the door. No lighting. No infrared rear burner. No rotisserie in the box. This outdoor grill stripped out the extras to keep the price down without touching the stuff that matters — the steel is still 304, the warranty is still lifetime, and the flame-thrower ignition still lights every time.

The big difference is the burners. The LBM uses tube burners — stamped steel, welded into shape. Every other Blaze series uses cast stainless steel burners — solid metal, no welds, no seams. Cast burners run hotter, distribute heat more evenly, resist clogging, and last longer. It's not close. But the LBM tubes are still 16-gauge 304 stainless with a lifetime warranty. For the price, they're better than anything you'll find at a big-box store.

The grates are 8mm round rods. They sear, but round rods make thinner marks than the 9mm triangle rods on the LTE+ or the 12mm hex rods on the Pro LUX. The no-lighting thing? Deliberate. Blaze found that electronics were the number one source of product failures. So they cut them. You get the flame-thrower ignition with flash tube backup — one of the most reliable systems on any grill at any price.

One unique advantage: the LBM is the only Blaze with a 3-year commercial warranty for multi-user settings. Apartments, condos, resorts. If you're a builder speccing grills for a project, this is it.

For buyers comparing entry-level options across brands, see how the LBM holds up against Delta Heat in our Delta Heat vs Blaze comparison.

Who Should Buy the Prelude LBM

āœ“ Budget buyers who want 304 stainless and a lifetime warranty without the premium price

āœ“ Builders and contractors who need the 3-year commercial warranty

āœ— Skip it if you want lighting or rotisserie — adding them later costs more. Start with the LTE+.

Blaze Premium LTE+ Review: The Best-Seller That Built the Brand

Blaze LTE + Grills
Blaze LTE+ 32-Inch Built-In Grill

This is the grill most people buy. The LTE+ is where Blaze stops cutting corners entirely — cast stainless steel linear burners instead of tubes, 9mm triangle searing rods instead of round, halogen interior lights that stay on while you cook, red LED knobs that glow when they're in position, and a lift-assist hood so you're not muscling 40 pounds of double-lined stainless every time you check a steak.

The triangle rods are the detail that matters most. The flat bottom of the triangle absorbs heat from the burners. The single point on top is what touches your food. That geometry channels more heat into a sharper contact line than round rods can — which is why the LTE+ leaves steakhouse-style sear marks that the LBM can't match. BBQGuys tested the LTE+ at 670°F after 20 minutes on high, 350°F on low. The variance across the surface was, in their words, "rock-solid."

The 10,000 BTU infrared rear burner is built in and ready for rotisserie — but the rotisserie kit is sold separately. That's the one knock. On a grill at this price point with this many features, making the customer buy the rotisserie kit feels like leaving the last piece out of the box. The LTE Pro fixes this. But if you don't plan on rotisserie cooking, the LTE+ gives you everything else and costs less.

The 32-inch fits most outdoor kitchen builds. The 40-inch gives you 670 square inches plus a warming rack — enough to cook 24 burgers at once with five independent heat zones. If you entertain, the 40 is the one.

We put the LTE+ head-to-head against the Bull Brahma — one of its closest competitors — in our Blaze LTE vs Bull Brahma showdown.

Who Should Buy the Premium LTE+

āœ“ Outdoor kitchen builders who want cast burners, lighting, and IR rear without paying Pro LUX prices

āœ“ Night grillers — the halogen + LED system is one of the best in the category

āœ— Skip it if you want digital temp control or rotisserie included — that's the LTE Pro.

Blaze LTE Pro Review: The 2025 Grill That Cooks by Numbers

Blaze LTE Pro Grills
Blaze LTE Pro 32" Freestanding Grills

Brand new for 2025. The LTE Pro takes everything the LTE+ does right — cast stainless burners, lift-assist hood, halogen lighting — and adds the versatility serious cooks want: a digital temperature control panel and two meat probes. The temp sensor reads from just under the grate surface, not from a thermometer mounted in the hood like every other grill. That's a real number. Not an estimate from two feet above your food.

The grates jump to 12mm hexagonal rods — the same ones on the Pro LUX. More mass, more heat retention, more contact surface. The hex shape locks food in place and leaves thick, steakhouse-level sear marks. The hood is taller too, with increased clearance for rotisserie cooking, whole turkeys, and large roasts. And the rotisserie kit is included in the box — no separate purchase like the LTE+.

The knobs are redesigned — knurled, non-slip, with LED indicators that glow white when off and red when gas is flowing. It's a safety feature disguised as a style upgrade. The warming rack is a new multi-purpose design that holds tacos, chicken legs, and fish, then folds up inside the hood when you need the full grill surface. Small details, but the kind that separate a grill you tolerate from one you actually enjoy using.

The 32-inch runs four burners at 56,000 BTU plus 10K IR rear. The 40-inch runs five burners at 70,000 BTU plus 10K IR rear with even more hood clearance. Both come with a fuel conversion kit so you can switch between propane and natural gas.

Who Should Buy the LTE Pro

āœ“ Precision & versatility who want real-time temp readings and meat probes built in

āœ“ Rotisserie users — the kit is included, and the taller hood fits a whole turkey

āœ— Skip it if you don't need digital temp control — the LTE+ gives you 90% of this grill for less money.

Blaze Professional LUX Review: The Heaviest Grill in the Lineup

Blaze Professional Lux Grills
Blaze Professional Lux 34" Built-In Grills

Pick up a Pro LUX grate section. It weighs 11 and a half pounds. That's not a spec you read on a page — you feel it. The 12mm hexagonal searing rods are the thickest cooking grates Blaze makes, and they sit on top of H-style cast stainless steel burners running 18,000 BTU each. The H-burner design provides broader flame coverage than linear burners, which means more even heat across the entire grate surface. BBQGuys put an XRF gun on every component — firebox, burners, flame tamers, searing rods, control panel, drip pan, both hood walls — all confirmed 304 stainless steel.

The flame tamers are 12-gauge perforated stainless steel grids that cover the full width of the grill. They vaporize drippings on contact and practically eliminate flare-ups. The drip pan rolls out on a track — cleanup takes 30 seconds. The waterproof rotisserie kit is included with both sizes, and the 10,000 BTU infrared rear burner handles low-and-slow rotisserie without using your main burners.

The 34-inch runs three burners at 54,000 BTU with 614 square inches of main grilling space — enough for 25 burgers. The 44-inch runs four burners at 72,000 BTU with 794 square inches. Both require a 110V power source for the lighting system. One note: there's no digital temp panel like the LTE Pro. You're reading a hood thermometer. For the Pro LUX buyer, that's fine — this grill is about raw construction and cooking power, not screens.

āœ“ Entertainers — the 44-inch gives you nearly 800 sq in of main grilling area

āœ— Skip it if you want digital temp control or meat probes — that's the LTE Pro at a lower price.

Blaze Marine Grade Review: The Only Grill Built for Salt Air

Blaze Marine Grill LTE Plus Grill
Blaze LTE+ 32-Inch Built-In Grill

Salt air destroys 304 stainless steel. Slowly, but it does. The Marine Grade solves this — every component is 316L stainless steel, the same grade used in boat hardware and surgical instruments. The molybdenum in 316L is what resists chloride corrosion.

Feature-wise, it's the LTE platform. Four cast burners at 56,000 BTU, 10K IR rear, 9mm triangle rods, halogen lights, LED knobs, flame-thrower ignition. You're not giving up anything — just paying more for steel that won't lose a fight with the ocean.

Only available in 32 inches — no manufacturer makes a 40-inch marine grade. Includes a grease pan flame guard and multi-user commercial rating with labor warranty coverage. Rotisserie kit sold separately.

If you're more than a mile inland and not near a salt-chlorine pool, you don't need this. Buy the LTE+ instead.

Who Should Buy the Marine Grade

āœ“ Coastal homeowners within a mile of salt water — this is non-negotiable

āœ“ Resort and HOA builds near pools or ocean with the multi-user warranty

āœ— Skip it if you're inland — save the money and buy the LTE+ or LTE Pro instead.

Blaze Grills FAQ: What Buyers Actually Ask

Who manufactures Blaze grills?

Blaze Outdoor Products is headquartered in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where all design and engineering happens in-house. The founding team has over 45 years of combined experience in the outdoor living industry. Manufacturing takes place overseas, with distribution and warranty support handled from the U.S.

Are Blaze grills made in the USA?

Blaze grills are designed and engineered in Baton Rouge, Louisiana but manufactured in China. This is standard across the outdoor kitchen industry at this price point and is how Blaze delivers 304 stainless steel construction with a lifetime warranty at prices well below similarly-built competitors.

Do Blaze grills flare up?

All gas grills can flare up, but Blaze manages it with perforated flame tamers that trap grease and vaporize drippings before they ignite. Models with heat zone separators (LTE+ and above) add isolated temperature zones that prevent grease migration across the cooking surface.

Are Blaze grills 304 stainless steel?

Yes. Every Blaze series from the Prelude LBM through the Professional LUX uses 304-grade stainless steel for the body, hood, and cooking grates. The Marine Grade series upgrades to 316L stainless steel throughout for coastal environments.

What is the warranty on Blaze grills?

Blaze offers a lifetime warranty on burners, cooking grates, grill body, flame tamers, heat zone separators, warming rack, and control valves. Ignition and lighting are covered for one year. A 3-year multi-user warranty is also available for commercial settings. Registration is required within 30 days of purchase.

Blaze vs. the Competition: How It Stacks Up

We carry all four of these brands. Here is a quick look at how they compare across the factors that matter most in an outdoor kitchen build. For a deeper dive into each matchup, check out our dedicated comparison guides.

Blaze Grill Warranty: What Is Actually Covered

That is lifetime coverage on every part that touches heat — burners, grates, body, flame tamers, heat zone separators, warming rack, and control valves. The only things on a shorter clock are the electronics — ignition, LED lights, wiring, and transformers — and one year is standard at this price point. Worth noting: Blaze covers replacement parts at no cost, but the owner is responsible for labor and shipping. That is typical in this category — most brands below the ultra-premium tier handle it the same way.

Across the board, Blaze matches or beats every competitor on the core components. The only brand with longer electronics coverage is Summerset at three years. Bull is the outlier on burners — their warranty depends on the burner type (lifetime for cast, five years for welded stainless, three years for porcelain-coated). Blaze keeps it simple: lifetime on every burner in every series, no asterisks.

Final Verdict: Which Blaze Grill Series Is Right for You?

Five series, five different buyers. Here is the honest breakdown.

šŸ’° Building an outdoor kitchen on a budget → Prelude LBM

Full 304 stainless construction, tube burners, 25" and 32" sizes. No rear burner or lighting — just solid bones at the lowest price point in the lineup.

šŸ”„ Want the best value in the lineup → Premium LTE+

Cast linear burners, IR rear rotisserie burner, halogen + LED lighting, illuminated knobs, heat zone separators. Undercuts most competitors offering less.

šŸŒ”ļø Cook by temperature, not timing → LTE Pro

Digital thermometer + dual meat probes built into the hood. 12mm hex grates, included rotisserie kit. The only Blaze with real-time temp data on the grill.

⚔ Want maximum heat and the heaviest build → Professional LUX

Cast H-style burners at 18,000 BTU each. 12mm hex grates. 72K + 10K IR on the 44-inch. Everything overbuilt on purpose.

🌊 Live near salt water → Marine Grade

Full 316L stainless steel — burners, grates, body, flame tamers. The only grill in this price range built for coastal environments. Not an upgrade, a requirement.

Across all five series, Blaze delivers lifetime warranty coverage on every heat component, full 304 stainless steel construction (316L on the Marine Grade), and a lineup deep enough that you are not forced to overpay for features you do not need or settle for a grill that cannot do what you want. There is a Blaze for every build and every budget.
