Crafted in the US from premium grade 304 stainless steel, this beverage center is designed to last and look stylish. The premium blend of nickel and chromium in the 304 stainless steel offers complete protection against weather, corrosion, and wear and tear.
Your Twin Eagles Beverage Center comes equipped with an essential insulated ice bin capable of holding 40 lbs. of fresh ice. The sliding lid keeps your ice fresh and intact on hot summer days. Store ice for signature cocktails or place your cold beverages directly into the ice for those famous backyard BBQs. The ice bin also features a gravity drain for excess water accumulation, making cleaning a breeze when your party is over.
Behind the ice bin are three convenient removable condiment trays. Bottle wells with a rack. These trays sit right in your ice bin, keeping your bottles, lemons, limes, and olives fresh throughout the party. If you don't need the condiment trays, you can easily remove them for more space or clean them in your dishwasher when finished.
The front of the beverage center features a 12-inch speed rail that can hold up to 4 bottles of mixers, liquors, sodas, and more, allowing you to make drinks like a pro. Additionally, Twin Eagles include a towel holder for easy cleaning and a bottle opener for quick bottle service. Warranty
Twin Eagles provides a warranty for all fabricated stainless steel components, guaranteeing they are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for two (2) years from the original purchase date. This warranty does not cover discoloration, surface scratches, weather-related staining, or minor surface rust and oxidation, as these are typical conditions for outdoor products. In multi-user environments, such as bed and breakfast inns and private clubs, Twin Eagles extends a warranty for ninety (90) days from the original purchase date, ensuring the grill is free from defects in material and workmanship. However, this warranty does not apply to restaurants or primarily commercial settings. Please refer to the manufacturer's manual for complete warranty details.

Estimated Delivery Time
Post shipment, anticipate your items within a timeframe of 3-5 business days. We utilize UPS and FedEx for smaller items. It's crucial to note that more substantial items and certain orders are dispatched via freight. Freight shipping is somewhat more intricate compared to regular parcel deliveries, hence understanding the process in advance ensures a smooth delivery experience.
Freight Shipment Specifics
The majority of freight items are shipped on pallets. Some delivery companies will reach out to fix a delivery slot, whereas others aim to drop off your order at the most accessible spot nearest to your home, preferably close to a garage. The shipping confirmation email will detail the specific delivery procedure to anticipate.
For Scheduled Delivery
Companies that arrange delivery slots necessitate your presence for the delivery and your signature for confirmation. Deliveries are made using a semi-truck with lift gate services, placing the shipment by the curb. Should you grant permission for the delivery to be left unsupervised, BBQ Kitchen Pros cannot assume responsibility for any ensuing damages. For Non-Scheduled Deliveries
Delivery services that don't operate on appointments don't mandate your presence or a scheduled delivery slot. There's also no signature required upon receipt. Without the hassle of scheduling or waiting around, let the delivery come to you. If you're home during the drop-off, the driver can be asked to place your items in the garage. If you're away, they'll position it close to the garage or main entry.
Dispatch Timeframe

Change of Address
Once your order is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@bbqkitchenpros.com.

Parcels Damaged in Transit
If you find that your parcel has been damaged in transit, please reject the parcel if possible and contact our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for further assistance.

BBQ Kitchen Pros Return Policy
At BBQ Kitchen Pros, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a return and refund policy.
30 Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service department to receive an authorization number before shipping the item back to us. Please note that items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted. Items must be returned in new condition.
Return Shipping
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. In the case that you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly refund you for the product in its entirety minus the cost of shipping and return shipping incurred by BBQ Kitchen Pros.
To qualify for return shipping, items must be returned in the original packaging, pallet, and within the continental US. Once your return is approved and processed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print the label and adhere it to the package. Please ensure the returned item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
Remember, returns only apply to items returned in the original packaging and pallet. If an item is returned in non-original or damaged packaging, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs. In addition, freight shipping is scheduled for pick-up at a specific date and time, which is agreed upon by the customer. and customers must be there at the scheduled time. Missing scheduled freight time will result in a dry run fee which is issued by the shipping company.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please make a note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to support@bbqkitchenpros.com on the day of delivery.
Original Packaging Please keep all the original packaging and pallets for any items that need to be returned. Items that are not returned in their original packaging may not be accepted for return.
Non-Refundable Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

A. 30 Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Items must be returned in new condition. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
B. Easy Return Process

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Items that are not eligible for return include the following:

C. Damaged & Wrong Products & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
D. Exchanges

E. No Re-stocking Fees
For our products, there is no Restocking Fee.
F. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not.
