The Tagwood BBQ23SS XL is for the host whose guest list keeps growing. It has everything that made the BBQ03SS a favorite, then adds ten inches of depth, which turns a 34-inch grate into over 900 square inches of primary cooking surface. That's a full asado for twenty without cooking in shifts.
How You Cook On It
Start the fire in the brasero. Oak, hickory, quebracho, or lump charcoal; twenty minutes to a bed of embers. Rake them under the main grate and spread them: a thick bed at the front for searing, a scatter at the back for finishing. The extra depth means the back row of the grate is a true second zone.
Set the height with the crank wheel. Two inches for a picanha, eight inches for short ribs rendering over two hours. The round-bar grate lets fat roll toward the drain instead of pooling and flaring. The secondary grate over the brasero is the hottest spot on the grill, for chorizo, provoleta, and bread. Swap the round grate for the griddle and you have a plancha nearly three feet wide. Hang a whole chicken from the S-hooks and let the rising heat do the work.
Built Like A Tank
Every component of the BBQ23SS is 304-grade stainless steel, the alloy used in commercial kitchens and marine hardware. Welded frame, solid round-bar grates, and a firebox lined with refractory firebrick that stores heat and shields the steel from direct flame. At 485 pounds it lives outside uncovered through winters and coastal summers and looks new after a rinse. Add the optional warming rack or round roof grill later and it grows with you.

30 Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service department to receive an authorization number before shipping the item back to us. Please note that items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted. Items must be returned in new condition.
Return Shipping
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. In the case that you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly refund you for the product in its entirety minus the cost of shipping and return shipping incurred by BBQ Kitchen Pros.
To qualify for return shipping, items must be returned in the original packaging, and pallet, (if included) and within the continental US. Once your return is approved and processed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print the label and adhere to the package. Please ensure the returned item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
Remember, returns only apply to items returned in the original packaging. If an item is returned in non-original or damaged packaging, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs. In addition, freight shipping is scheduled for pick-up at a specific date and time, which is agreed upon by the customer. and customers must be there at the scheduled time. Missing scheduled freight time will result in a dry run fee which is issued by the shipping company.
Damaged Items

Original Packaging Please keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. Items that are not returned in their original packaging may not be accepted for return.
Non-Refundable Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

C. Damaged & Wrong Products & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To return your product, you should contact our mail. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
D. Exchanges

For our products, there is no Restocking Fee.
