The Tagwood BBQ33SS is built around exactly that. It takes the proven BBQ26SS platform and replaces the crank grate with a 360° rotating clamp, so the show is the cooking. Steaks and chorizo still sear on the fixed grate below, bread warms on the roof, but the clamp is why people gather.
How You Cook On It
Start the fire in the brasero. Oak, hickory, quebracho, or lump charcoal; twenty minutes to a bed of embers. Rake them across the hearth under the fixed main grate and lay down steaks, chorizo, and vegetables the traditional way.
Open the clamp grill, lay in a rack of beef ribs or a butterflied chicken, lock it shut, and swing it over the coals. Every twenty minutes, give it a quarter turn. Fat renders evenly, skin crisps on every side, and you never wrestle a hot cut with tongs. Above it, the roof grill catches rising heat for warming bread or holding finished cuts. The secondary grate over the brasero is the hottest spot on the grill, for provoleta and blistered peppers, and the portable fixed grill drops anywhere over the embers for small items.
Built Like A Tank
Every component of the BBQ33SS, frame to clamp to tools, is 304-grade stainless steel, the alloy used in commercial kitchens and marine hardware. The firebox is lined with refractory firebrick that stores heat and shields the steel, the front door controls airflow, and the drain system keeps rain from pooling. At 377 pounds it lives outside uncovered and looks new after a rinse.

Will it rust? No. 304 stainless resists corrosion in humid and coastal environments. Rinse off salt spray occasionally and it stays bright for decades.
What wood should I burn? Any dense hardwood: oak, hickory, mesquite, or traditional quebracho. Lump charcoal works too.
Can I adjust the main grate height? The main grate on the BBQ33SS is fixed; heat is controlled by how you spread the embers. For a crank-adjustable grate with a clamp, see the BBQ26SS or BBQ06SS.
How much assembly? The grill body arrives assembled. You attach the cart, casters, side table, and clamp frame, roughly ninety minutes with two people.

30 Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service department to receive an authorization number before shipping the item back to us. Please note that items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted. Items must be returned in new condition.
Return Shipping
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. In the case that you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly refund you for the product in its entirety minus the cost of shipping and return shipping incurred by BBQ Kitchen Pros.
To qualify for return shipping, items must be returned in the original packaging, and pallet, (if included) and within the continental US. Once your return is approved and processed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print the label and adhere to the package. Please ensure the returned item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
Remember, returns only apply to items returned in the original packaging. If an item is returned in non-original or damaged packaging, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs. In addition, freight shipping is scheduled for pick-up at a specific date and time, which is agreed upon by the customer. and customers must be there at the scheduled time. Missing scheduled freight time will result in a dry run fee which is issued by the shipping company.
Damaged Items

Original Packaging Please keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. Items that are not returned in their original packaging may not be accepted for return.
Non-Refundable Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

C. Damaged & Wrong Products & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To return your product, you should contact our mail. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
D. Exchanges

E. No Re-stocking Fees
For our products, there is no Restocking Fee.
