Warranty

PERLICK promises that every new PERLICK wine reserve, including the cabinet and all its parts, will be free from material or workmanship defects. This warranty applies if you use and maintain the wine reserve properly, following PERLICK's guidelines and the Use & Care Guide that comes with each unit. The warranty lasts for six years from when you first install the wine reserve or for seventy-five months after PERLICK ships the unit, whichever comes first. This warranty also covers labor costs.

In addition, freight shipping is scheduled for pick-up at a specific date and time, which is agreed upon by the customer. and customers must be there at the scheduled time. Missing scheduled freight time will result in a dry run fee which is issued by the shipping company. 


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please make a note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to support@bbqkitchenpros.com on the day of delivery. 

Original Packaging Please keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. Items that are not returned in their original packaging may not be accepted for return.

Non-Refundable Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

A. 30 Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Items must be returned in new condition. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.


B. Easy Return Process

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Items that are not eligible for return include the following:

Custom-made, special-order, and made-to-order products. Items are marked non-returnable in the item description. 


C. Damaged & Wrong Products & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To return your product, you should contact our mail. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


D. Exchanges

E. No Re-stocking Fees

For our products, there is no Restocking Fee.


F. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded back to your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
