| The Infratech 8 Foot Pole Mount provides a freestanding mounting solution for 39-Inch Infratech W-Series and WD-Series electric infrared heaters. Standing 96.5 inches tall with a sturdy 12 x 12 x 3/8 inch steel base plate, this pole mount lets you install heaters in locations where ceiling mounting is not possible or practical - open patios, poolside areas, event spaces, and commercial properties. The pole comes furnished standard with a weatherproof electrical plate with liquidtite conduit and fittings, plus a weatherproof cover. Available with or without control options. Requires secure base mounting with anchor bolts (not included) appropriate for your surface (concrete, wood deck, etc.). Professional installation by a licensed electrician is required. Made in the USA. |

Which Heaters Fit This Pole Mount? This pole mount is designed for 39-Inch Infratech W-Series and WD-Series heaters. It does NOT fit C-Series or CD-Series heaters - those use drop pole ceiling mount assemblies instead. Pole Mount vs. Drop Pole vs. Flush Mount: The 8-foot pole mount is freestanding and mounts to the floor - no ceiling attachment needed. Drop poles hang from the ceiling for high-ceiling spaces. Flush mount frames recess the heater into the ceiling. Choose the pole mount when there is no suitable ceiling or overhead structure for mounting. Base Mounting: The 12 x 12 in. base plate has four 1/2 in. mounting holes at the corners. Secure to concrete with appropriate anchor bolts or to wood decking with lag bolts. The base must be firmly secured to prevent tipping. Contact a structural professional if unsure about your mounting surface. Control Options: The pole mount can be ordered with or without integrated control options. Controls can also be mounted separately on a nearby wall. Contact us for configuration assistance. |

For Non-Scheduled Deliveries
Delivery services that don't operate on appointments don't mandate your presence or a scheduled delivery slot. There's also no signature required upon receipt. Without the hassle of scheduling or waiting around, let the delivery come to you. If you're home during the drop-off, the driver can be asked to place your items in the garage. If you're away, they'll position it close to the garage or main entry.

30 Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service department to receive an authorization number before shipping the item back to us. Please note that items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted. Items must be returned in new condition.
Return Shipping
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. In the case that you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly refund you for the product in its entirety minus the cost of shipping and return shipping incurred by BBQ Kitchen Pros.
To qualify for return shipping, items must be returned in the original packaging, and pallet, (if included) and within the continental US. Once your return is approved and processed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print the label and adhere to the package. Please ensure the returned item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
Remember, returns only apply to items returned in the original packaging. If an item is returned in non-original or damaged packaging, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs. In addition, freight shipping is scheduled for pick-up at a specific date and time, which is agreed upon by the customer. and customers must be there at the scheduled time. Missing scheduled freight time will result in a dry run fee which is issued by the shipping company.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please make a note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to support@bbqkitchenpros.com on the day of delivery.
Original Packaging Please keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. Items that are not returned in their original packaging may not be accepted for return.
Non-Refundable Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

A. 30 Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Items must be returned in new condition. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Items that are not eligible for return include the following:

C. Damaged & Wrong Products & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To return your product, you should contact our mail. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
D. Exchanges

E. No Re-stocking Fees
For our products, there is no Restocking Fee.
F. Refunds
