| The Infratech 4 Relay Solid State Relay Panel is a commercial-grade control solution for Infratech electric infrared heaters. This panel enables zone heating by grouping heaters into independently controlled zones, each with 0-100% variable intensity adjustment via the included analog controller dial system. With 4 relays, you can create up to 4 independent heating zones, ideal for large patios, restaurant dining areas, or commercial spaces where different areas need separate temperature control. Each relay handles up to 9,000 watts at 240V (or 8,000 watts at 208V), and heaters paired within a single relay must have matching wattages. This panel is compatible with all Infratech single and dual element heaters operating at 208V through 480V, including the C-Series, CD-Series, W-Series, WD-Series, SL-Series, and all Motif Collection models. The relay panel requires a separate Infratech Zone Analog Controller (sold separately) to form a complete Solid State Control Package. All panels are custom built to your project specifications and include NEMA 4 rated weatherproof enclosure, aluminum heat sink, terminal block, UL 489 breakers, and full preassembly. Electrical wiring diagrams are provided for each installation. Made in the USA with a 3-year manufacturer warranty. |

How Many Relays Do I Need? Each relay represents one zone of control. Heaters connected to the same relay turn on, off, and dim together. To control each heater independently, you need one relay per heater. To group heaters, pair matching-wattage heaters on one relay without exceeding 9,000W at 240V. Matching Wattage Rule: All heaters on a single relay must have the same wattage rating. You cannot mix a 4,000W and a 6,000W heater on one relay. You can pair two 4,000W heaters (8,000W total) because the wattages match and the total is under 9,000W. Which Analog Controller Do I Need? Each analog dial can control up to 3 relays. For a 4-relay panel, you need at least a 2-zone analog controller or multiple controllers to operate all zones. For independent zone control, match the number of analog zones to the number of relays. Single Phase vs. Three Phase: You must specify your electrical phase and voltage when ordering. Consult your licensed electrician before ordering to confirm your site power configuration. WiFi / Bluetooth / Smart Home: The Solid State system does not include WiFi or Bluetooth capability. If you need smart home integration or remote smartphone control, consider the Infratech Universal Control Panel or Home Management System instead. |

Warranty Information Infratech warrants that this control product is designed and manufactured to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in electrical components under normal use. Professional installation by a licensed electrician is required. Freight Shipment Specifics
The majority of freight items are shipped on pallets. Some delivery companies will reach out to fix a delivery slot, whereas others aim to drop off your order at the most accessible spot nearest to your home, preferably close to a garage. For Scheduled Delivery
Companies that arrange delivery slots necessitate your presence for the delivery and your signature for confirmation. Deliveries are made using a semi-truck with lift gate service, placing the shipment by the curb. Should you grant permission for the delivery to be left unsupervised, BBQ Kitchen Pros cannot assume responsibility for any ensuing damages. For Non-Scheduled Deliveries
Delivery services that don't operate on appointments don't mandate your presence or a scheduled delivery slot. There's also no signature required upon receipt. Without the hassle of scheduling or waiting around, let the delivery come to you. If you're home during the drop-off, the driver can be asked to place your items in the garage. If you're away, they'll position it close to the garage or main entry.
Dispatch Timeframe

Change of Address

Parcels Damaged in Transit

30 Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service department to receive an authorization number before shipping the item back to us. Please note that items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted. Items must be returned in new condition.
Return Shipping
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. In the case that you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly refund you for the product in its entirety minus the cost of shipping and return shipping incurred by BBQ Kitchen Pros.
To qualify for return shipping, items must be returned in the original packaging, and pallet, (if included) and within the continental US. Once your return is approved and processed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print the label and adhere to the package. Please ensure the returned item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
Remember, returns only apply to items returned in the original packaging. If an item is returned in non-original or damaged packaging, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs. In addition, freight shipping is scheduled for pick-up at a specific date and time, which is agreed upon by the customer. and customers must be there at the scheduled time. Missing scheduled freight time will result in a dry run fee which is issued by the shipping company.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please make a note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to support@bbqkitchenpros.com on the day of delivery.
Original Packaging Please keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. Items that are not returned in their original packaging may not be accepted for return.
Non-Refundable Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

A. 30 Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Items must be returned in new condition. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
B. Easy Return Process

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Items that are not eligible for return include the following:
Custom-made, special-order, and made-to-order products. Items are marked non-returnable in the item description.
C. Damaged & Wrong Products & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To return your product, you should contact our mail. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
D. Exchanges

E. No Re-stocking Fees
For our products, there is no Restocking Fee.
F. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded back to your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
