Coyote Flat Top Grill - Outdoor Cooking Versatility
Adding a gas griddle to your outdoor kitchen arsenal is the best way to get instant outdoor cooking versatility. The Coyote 30" Flat Top Griddle takes it a step further with its enhanced cooking surface and performance.
Featuring two (2) isolated cooking zones, one with heat separators, giving you two separate cooking temperatures at once. Cook steak on one side on a high heat and low on the other side for simmering your favorite veggies.
Made with two (2) independently controlled u-burners with 17,000 BTUs each giving you enough power to cook your entire cookbook right on your outdoor gas griddle. Each burner is easily lit with the industry's most reliable ignition, the Flame Thrower ignition system. Start your griddle 1-2-3 with the push-and-turn ignition system without any issues.
Your cooking surface is made from heavy-gauged stainless steel designed to distribute heat evenly across your cooking surface and is designed to take on the abuse of wear and tear while keeping its stainless steel finish.
The cooking surface measures 400 square inches in cooking space enough to fit 15 burgers at once or multiple dishes with its dual zone cooking surface. The front of your cooking surface features a full-length removable grease tray allowing you to easily manage cooking grease before, during, and after. Once finished cooking, remove your grease tray and clean it with ease for the next cookout.
The front of your griddle control panel features two independent gas controls, giving you complete precision control of each burner's temperature. Coyote gives you backlit gas control knobs that not only pair perfectly with your Coyote S-Series Gas Grill, but also indicate when the gas supply is on for your griddle, keeping you safe and secure from high heat (electrical requirement 120 VAC 60 Hz Grounded Plug).
The entire flat top grill is made from 304 stainless steel for superior outdoor durability against corrosion, any weather, or any season you may face. Coyote keeps you protected after the cookout is done with a 304 stainless steel lid giving your cooking surface and grease tray full coverage from weather, dirt, and debris, keeping you ready to cook right away. Warranty
Coyote Outdoor guarantees that each product will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This warranty covers the griddle plate, stainless steel frame/housing, and stainless steel burners. Additionally, Coyote Outdoor provides a two (2) year warranty on electric and plastic components, and a one (1) year warranty on ignition systems and valves. Please note that labor is not included. For complete warranty details, please refer to the manufacturer's manual.

For Scheduled Delivery

Deliveries are made using a semi-truck with lift gate service, placing the shipment by the curb. For Non-Scheduled Deliveries
Delivery services that don't operate on appointments don't mandate your presence or a scheduled delivery slot. There's also no signature required upon receipt. Without the hassle of scheduling or waiting around, let the delivery come to you. If you're home during the drop-off, the driver can be asked to place your items in the garage. If you're away, they'll position it close to the garage or main entry.

30 Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service department to receive an authorization number before shipping the item back to us. Please note that items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted. Items must be returned in new condition.
Return Shipping
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. In the case that you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly refund you for the product in its entirety minus the cost of shipping and return shipping incurred by BBQ Kitchen Pros.
To qualify for return shipping, items must be returned in the original packaging, and pallet, (if included) and within the continental US. Once your return is approved and processed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print the label and adhere to the package. Please ensure the returned item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
Remember, returns only apply to items returned in the original packaging. If an item is returned in non-original or damaged packaging, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs. In addition, freight shipping is scheduled for pick-up at a specific date and time, which is agreed upon by the customer. and customers must be there at the scheduled time. Missing scheduled freight time will result in a dry run fee which is issued by the shipping company.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please make a note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to support@bbqkitchenpros.com on the day of delivery.
Original Packaging Please keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. Items that are not returned in their original packaging may not be accepted for return.
Non-Refundable Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

A. 30 Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Items must be returned in new condition. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
B. Easy Return Process

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Items that are not eligible for return include the following:
Custom-made, special-order, and made-to-order products. Items are marked non-returnable in the item description.
C. Damaged & Wrong Products & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To return your product, you should contact our mail. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
D. Exchanges

E. No Re-stocking Fees
For our products, there is no Restocking Fee.
F. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded back to your original payment method.
