American Outdoor Grill 30-Inch L-Series Grill Island

These pre-fabricated grill islands come ready-to-assemble, requiring only two people and a few tools: a 3/4" open-end wrench, a 1/2" open-end wrench, a power drill with a 5/16" hex driver and #2 Phillips driver, a level, and a flathead screwdriver.
This prefab grill island is perfect for safe and secure winterizing with leveling feet that allow for stable, flat placement without bolting or built-in installation to your patio, pavers, concrete, or deck. When the grilling season is over, simply move it to a safe storage location.
Designed for durability and long-lasting color, this grill island features glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC) construction, built to withstand all four seasons and any weather conditions. GFRC is engineered to expand and contract without cracking and to maintain its color for a lifetime.

This straight-design grill island offers impressive functional space, measuring 76 1/4” (w) x 34 3/4” (d) x 36” (h). Its perfectly offset design places the AOG Grill on the left side, leaving a spacious 34 3/4" wide countertop—ideal for an expanded cooking area, prepping, serving, or entertaining. The island features the American Outdoor Grill 30” L-Series Built-In Grill with Backburner & Rotisserie Kit, providing a complete outdoor cooking package with high performance, versatility, and durability.
Below the countertop and grill, the island includes ample storage space with the AOG 14" x 24" Single Horizontal Door (14-20-SS DL) beneath the grill, perfect for larger outdoor cooking essentials. Additionally, the island features the AOG 16" x 15" Double Drawer (16-15-DSSD) below the countertop, offering optimal organization for grilling tools, cookware, cleaning supplies, and more.
Gas storage and safety are paramount with the AOG 20” x 14” Louvered Door with Tank Tray (20-14-SS DLV), situated on the left side of the grill island. This vented door provides ample airflow to prevent heat and gas build-up.

Warranty
AOG offers a lifetime warranty on stainless steel burners, while other grill parts are covered for ten years. Ignition systems (batteries excluded) and accessories like side burners, motors, and thermometers have a one-year warranty from the purchase date, and vaporizer panels are covered for three years. In multi-user settings such as apartment complexes or schools, AOG provides a three-year warranty on stainless steel grill housing, burners, cooking grates, brass valves, inner lines, and manifold assemblies. All other components, barring batteries, are covered for 90 days. This multi-user warranty doesn't apply to restaurants and commercial-use settings. Labor costs are not included. For Non-Scheduled Deliveries

If you're away, they'll position it close to the garage or main entry.

30 Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service department to receive an authorization number before shipping the item back to us. Please note that items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted. Items must be returned in new condition.
Return Shipping
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. In the case that you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly refund you for the product in its entirety minus the cost of shipping and return shipping incurred by BBQ Kitchen Pros.
To qualify for return shipping, items must be returned in the original packaging, and pallet, (if included) and within the continental US. Once your return is approved and processed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print the label and adhere to the package. Please ensure the returned item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
Remember, returns only apply to items returned in the original packaging. If an item is returned in non-original or damaged packaging, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs. In addition, freight shipping is scheduled for pick-up at a specific date and time, which is agreed upon by the customer. and customers must be there at the scheduled time. Missing scheduled freight time will result in a dry run fee which is issued by the shipping company.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please make a note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to support@bbqkitchenpros.com on the day of delivery.
Original Packaging Please keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. Items that are not returned in their original packaging may not be accepted for return.
Non-Refundable Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

A. 30 Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Items must be returned in new condition. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Items that are not eligible for return include the following:
Custom-made, special-order, and made-to-order products. Items are marked non-returnable in the item description.
C. Damaged & Wrong Products & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To return your product, you should contact our mail. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
D. Exchanges

E. No Re-stocking Fees
For our products, there is no Restocking Fee.
