Restaurant-style cold storage directly under a 42-inch grill: two marinating drawers with stainless pans, a door with a shelf, and 7.2 cubic feet that holds from 27°F to 56°F.
This is the refrigerator a restaurant line cook would spec: a low, wide cabinet that sits in the island directly beneath an ALXE 42-inch grill, so the raw meat, the marinades and the prepped sides are at your knees while you cook. Two full-extension drawers hold stainless food pans for marinating and prep; a single door on the left, with an adjustable wire shelf, takes tall items and drinks. A 1,000 BTU all-weather compressor with a fan-driven fin evaporator keeps every corner at the same temperature, the cabinet is rated for ambient temperatures from 30°F to 120°F, and the digital thermostat sets anywhere from 27°F to 56°F, cold enough to hold frozen goods. 01 · Layout
Two Marinating Drawers and a Door, Under the Grill
Two full-extension drawers open 17 inches and carry stainless steel food pans, so a tray of marinating ribs slides straight out and up onto the grates. On the left, a single door with a 175° swing and an adjustable wire shelf holds tall bottles, poultry and platters. The whole cabinet is 24 inches tall, built to sit beneath a built-in ALXE 42-inch grill.
02 · Cooling
1,000 BTU All-Weather Compressor, 27°F to 56°F
A 1,000 BTU forced-air compressor with a commercial fan-driven fin evaporator keeps the cabinet uniform in any outdoor environment, and the digital thermostat sets from 27°F to 56°F, so it holds frozen goods as readily as lettuce. It is rated for ambient temperatures from 30°F to 120°F, and commercial shot-in-place polyurethane insulation keeps the cold in and the compressor rested.
03 · Recovery
Flash Recovery Cooling and Front Venting
Every drawer pull lets warm air in. Flash Recovery senses it and rapidly restores the set temperature, so a cook who opens the drawers twenty times during a party is not fighting the fridge. 30 Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service department to receive an authorization number before shipping the item back to us. Please note that items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted. Items must be returned in new condition.
Return Shipping
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. In the case that you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly refund you for the product in its entirety minus the cost of shipping and return shipping incurred by BBQ Kitchen Pros.
To qualify for return shipping, items must be returned in the original packaging, and pallet, (if included) and within the continental US. Once your return is approved and processed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print the label and adhere to the package. Please ensure the returned item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
Remember, returns only apply to items returned in the original packaging. If an item is returned in non-original or damaged packaging, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs. In addition, freight shipping is scheduled for pick-up at a specific date and time, which is agreed upon by the customer. and customers must be there at the scheduled time. Missing scheduled freight time will result in a dry run fee which is issued by the shipping company.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please make a note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to support@bbqkitchenpros.com on the day of delivery.
Original Packaging Please keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. Items that are not returned in their original packaging may not be accepted for return.
Non-Refundable Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

A. 30 Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Items must be returned in new condition. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

C. Damaged & Wrong Products & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To return your product, you should contact our mail. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
D. Exchanges

E. No Re-stocking Fees
For our products, there is no Restocking Fee.
F. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not.
