The Four Pieces

Plan the Plumbing First

The sink and drop-in cooler both want their lines routed before the counter goes on — water supply and drain for the sink, a meltwater drain path for the cooler — and both published heights exclude the plumbing below. The bar and cart need nothing at all: place them and pour.
