Turbo side burners bring the stovetop — and the stockpot — outside. The double side burner simmers sauces and sides beside the grill under an included stainless lid; the 60,000 BTU power burner handles the crawfish boils, fried turkeys, and wok fire no ordinary burner can. Both drop into the island in natural gas or propane.

The Case for Both

They aren’t competitors — they’re different appliances. The double side burner is the everyday outdoor stovetop, two independent flames that keep the whole meal outside. The power burner is the event machine: five times the fire of a single side burner, enough to bring a boil pot for a crowd up in minutes. The full island runs one of each, flanking the grill.
