Argentine Santa Maria Grills

Tagwood builds open-fire grills the way they're built on the estancias of Argentina: a firebrick brasero to burn hardwood down to embers, a crank wheel that puts the grate exactly where you want it over the coals, and a body of 304 stainless steel that lives outside for decades.

Welded 304 stainless, solid round-bar grates, refractory firebrick. Owners call it the centerpiece of the outdoor kitchen, and it looks the same in year ten.
