Aurora Series continues grilling luxury with its user convenience is enhanced through ergonomically designed back-lit knobs positioned at a 41° angle with comfort touch grips and flame icons, simplifying the cooking process even in low-light conditions. The Aurora Series also features a heavy gauge stainless steel, dual-position, adjustable warming rack that accommodates different food sizes, keeping them warm without overcooking. An analog thermometer mounted on the oven with an angled bezel facilitates an easy reading of temperatures of up to 1000°, allowing for precise heat management.

For an upgraded experience, the series offers an optional Magic View Window and an optional infrared sear burner on the left-hand side, perfect for locking in juices and flavors for tender, delicious meats.
