Is This the Right Outdoor Kitchen Island for You?

• This is the fully-equipped configuration in the series. The Nassau 10½ Ft arrives with the Blaze Premium LTE+ 32-inch gas grill, Blaze LTE+ double side burner, and Blaze 24-inch outdoor refrigerator all included. Grill, second cooking surface, and cold storage in a single run — there is no walking back to the indoor kitchen mid-cook.
• Overall run width is 128½" at a 35" counter height. That is well over ten feet. Measure your patio and your delivery path carefully before ordering — gates, stairs, and narrow side yards are the most common obstacle with a run this long.
• Consider the smaller configurations if space is tight. The Abaco 7 Ft (86½") gives you grill plus side burner; the Bimini 7½ Ft (92½") gives you grill plus refrigerator. The Nassau is for people who want all three appliances and have the footprint for it.
• Cabinet color, countertop, and fuel type are all selected at checkout. Choose Shell White, Sapphire Blue, or Dark Ash cabinetry; Glacier Frost or Midnight Ice countertops; and Natural Gas or Propane. Every combination is a distinct build, so confirm your selection before ordering.
• Built for permanent outdoor exposure. All-Weatherboard™ composite cabinetry with HDPE cladding and 304/316 stainless hardware — engineered to survive rain, freeze-thaw cycles, and coastal salt air rather than merely tolerate a covered patio.
• Utilities are required. A licensed gas fitter must make the gas connection, and a GFCI-protected 110V outlet is needed at the island location for the refrigerator and grill lighting. Run power before the island is set.
• Propane tank sold separately on LP configurations. The tank stores in a dedicated pull-out cabinet within the island.

The WeatherStrong Cabinetry

Every island in this series is built on WeatherStrong's All-Weatherboard™ composite cabinet system — not wood, not particleboard, and not powder-coated steel. The composite core will not rot, warp, swell, or delaminate when it gets wet, which is the failure point that ends most outdoor kitchens built from indoor-grade materials.

• All-Weatherboard™ composite construction — The cabinet boxes are engineered specifically for full outdoor exposure. Pounding rain, freeze-thaw cycles, and sustained summer heat do not cause the swelling or joint separation you get from plywood or MDF carcasses.
• HDPE doors and exterior cladding — High-Density Polyethylene wraps the visible surfaces. HDPE is colored all the way through rather than surface-finished, so scratches and scuffs do not expose a different-colored substrate underneath. It wipes clean with soap and water and resists staining from sauces, marinades, and sunscreen.
• 304 and 316 stainless steel hardware — Hinges, drawer slides, handles, and fasteners are specified in 304 and 316 stainless. The 316 alloy adds molybdenum for chloride resistance, which matters in coastal and poolside installations where salt exposure destroys standard hardware.
• Factory-installed finished ends and rear panels — The HDPE end panels and rear covers ship already installed. • Adjustable stainless steel leveling legs — The islands stand on adjustable stainless legs that let you level the run across sloped or uneven pavers. Over a 128½" span, patio fall is significant, so the leveling range does real work here.
• Soft-close doors and full-extension drawers — Interior storage runs on stainless slides with full extension, so the back of a deep cabinet is actually reachable rather than being dead space. A pull-out trash bin cabinet and a dedicated propane tank drawer are integrated into the run.

The Countertop

Countertop surface is selected at checkout. Both options are engineered for outdoor use — UV-stable, freeze-thaw rated, and non-porous, so they will not fade, stain, or absorb liquids the way natural stone can.

• Glacier Frost — A bright white surface with soft gray veining. It reflects heat rather than absorbing it, which keeps the working surface noticeably cooler in direct afternoon sun. On a run this long the lighter surface also keeps the island from reading as a heavy visual mass. The lighter field does show crumbs and ash more readily between wipe-downs.
• Midnight Ice — A deep charcoal-black surface with fine white veining. It hides everyday use far better than the white option and reads as the more dramatic, contemporary choice, particularly against Shell White cabinets. Because it is a dark surface it will run hotter in full sun.

Both surfaces carry a squared-edge profile, overhang the cabinet run, and are finished on all exposed edges.

Assembly & Installation

These islands ship as pre-built modular cabinet sections rather than flat-pack panels, so the work on site is joining sections, setting the countertop, and dropping in the appliances — not building cabinetry from scratch.

• What arrives: Pre-assembled cabinet modules with HDPE finished ends and rear panels already installed at the factory, countertop sections, the Blaze grill, side burner, and refrigerator, and all mounting hardware.
• Typical on-site work: Position and level the modules using the adjustable stainless legs, fasten the sections together, set and secure the countertop, then install the three appliances into their cutouts and connect utilities.
• Time and crew: Plan on two people minimum, and consider three for this length. The countertop sections, the grill head, and the refrigerator are heavy and awkward, and there are more modules to align than on the smaller islands.
• Site preparation: The island needs a solid, reasonably level base — concrete, pavers, or a rated deck. Over a 128½" run, check level along the full length rather than at the ends only. The leveling legs absorb normal drainage slope but not significant grade change.
• Gas connection: Gas hookup must be performed by a licensed gas fitter in accordance with local code. Natural gas models require a dedicated supply line stubbed to the island location sized for the combined grill and side burner load; propane models require tank storage in the designated cabinet with a regulator.
• Electrical: The refrigerator and grill lighting require a GFCI-protected 110V outlet at the island location. Have this run before the island is positioned — retrofitting power under a set island is significantly harder.
• Clearances: Observe the manufacturer's specified clearances to combustible construction, and allow room behind the island for the grill hood to open fully.
• Before you order: Measure the finished run width against your patio and confirm the delivery path. At over ten feet, this is the configuration most likely to run into an access problem on delivery day.
