Your outdoor space should feel as intentional as the rest of your home. The 50" Surf is a complete outdoor kitchen island — cabinets, countertop, grill, legs, and hardware — that shows up fully assembled. There is no flat-pack, no cabinet building, no trip to a fabricator for a countertop, and no guessing whether the grill will fit the cutout. You set it, level it, connect the gas, and cook.
At 50.5" wide and 29.5" deep, it fits patios, decks, and courtyards where a ten-foot run simply won't go — while still giving you a full-size 32-inch grill, real counter space on both sides of the burner, and a full-width storage cabinet underneath.
Why WeatherStrong Instead of a Traditional Outdoor Kitchen
1. It Will Not Rot, Rust, Swell, or Delaminate
Most outdoor kitchens fail for one boring reason: they were built from materials meant to live indoors. Wood swells and rots. Particleboard turns to pulp. Powder-coated steel chips, and once it chips it rusts from the inside out.
WeatherStrong cabinets are built from marine-grade HDPE — the same family of material used for dock hardware and boat interiors. It doesn't absorb water, so it can't swell or rot. The color runs all the way through the material, not sprayed on top, so a scratch or a scuff doesn't expose a different color underneath. Rain, pool splash-out, salt air, freeze-thaw, and 100-degree afternoons don't degrade it. You clean it with soap and water.
2. Six Finishes and Two Door Styles — Chosen by You
This is not a one-look-fits-all island. Choose Miami, a flat slab door with a smooth surface and clean lines for a modern look, or Sanibel, a framed recessed-panel door with more traditional shadow-line detail.
Then choose your finish: Shell White, Shoreline Gray, Sapphire Blue, Pitch Black, Teak, or Dark Ash. Every finish resists fading and rust staining, so the island you install is the island you'll still be looking at in ten years.
3. The WeatherTop™ Countertop Is Built for Outside
Natural stone outdoors is a maintenance project. Granite needs resealing. Marble etches when lemon juice or wine sits on it. Concrete stains and cracks in freeze-thaw.
The WeatherTop™ countertop is engineered for outdoor use instead — non-porous, UV-stable, and freeze-thaw rated. It doesn't need sealing, it won't fade in direct sun, and spills wipe off instead of soaking in. WeatherTop is offered in two colors: Glacier Frost, a bright white with soft veining that reflects heat and keeps the working surface cooler in afternoon sun, and Midnight Ice, a deep charcoal that hides everyday use and reads more dramatic. This island ships with Glacier Frost.
4. Hardware You'll Feel Every Single Day
Hinges are where cheap outdoor cabinets give themselves away. Within two seasons the doors sag, catch on the frame, or slam in the wind.
The Surf's double-door cabinet runs on stainless steel soft-close hinges. Soft-close does more than feel expensive — it eliminates the slam. Every hard closing impact is a shock load on the hinge, the door, and the cabinet face, and it's what eventually knocks a door out of alignment. By catching the door and easing it shut, the soft-close mechanism removes that impact entirely, which is exactly why the hardware stays true and the doors keep lining up years in. Handles, hinges, and fasteners are all stainless so they don't streak rust down your cabinet fronts.
5. Storage Sized for This Island
The 50" Surf uses a full-width double-door base cabinet beneath the grill — the right call for an island this size, because two doors give you one large uninterrupted space instead of chopping it into narrow compartments. It swallows a propane tank, grill tools, charcoal chimney, cleaning supplies, and a stack of platters without fuss. Louvered stainless vents in the side panels keep the cabinet interior ventilated.

This isn't a bargain grill dropped into a nice cabinet. The Jupiter Classic Series 32-inch grill is built from #443 stainless steel — a meaningful step up from the 430 stainless used by most grills, with better corrosion resistance in salt air and humidity.

Installation — What Actually Happens on Delivery Day
This is the part people worry about most, so here it is plainly. Your cabinets arrive pre-assembled from the factory. You are not building cabinetry. Plan on two people and an afternoon.
- Position the island. Set the assembled cabinet where it will live. You need a solid, reasonably flat base — concrete, pavers, or a rated deck.
- Level it on the stainless legs. Every cabinet stands on adjustable stainless steel leveling legs. Thread them up or down to bring the island dead level across a sloped patio — most patios are poured with drainage fall, so expect to use them. The legs also hold the cabinet base off the ground so standing water never sits against it.
- Join the sections and secure. On multi-cabinet islands the modules are bolted together through the cabinet sides before leveling is finalized. The 50" Surf is a single-cabinet run, which makes this step short.
- Install the toe kicks. WeatherStrong includes toe kicks for the front, sides, and rear — not just the front. That's what lets the island sit in the middle of a patio and look finished from every angle, rather than exposing legs and hardware from behind.
- Set the countertop and install the grill. The WeatherTop countertop is set and secured, then the Jupiter grill drops into its cutout with the insulating jacket.
- Connect the gas. The grill ships configured for propane; a natural gas conversion kit is included. Have all gas connections completed by a licensed professional and follow your local building, gas, and venting codes.
Before you order: measure your finished space and your delivery path. Gates, stairs, and narrow side yards are the most common delivery problem with an assembled island.

What the 25-Year Cabinet Warranty Means
WeatherStrong warrants the HDPE cabinet boxes, doors, and exterior against defects in materials and workmanship for 25 years to the original purchaser in residential use. That is a long horizon for outdoor cabinetry, and it exists because the material genuinely does not rot or corrode.
Coverage requires proof of purchase from an authorized dealer. Damage from improper installation, unlevel setting, abrasive cleaners, or commercial use is excluded. Warranties are non-transferable.

For Scheduled Delivery

For Non-Scheduled Deliveries

If you're away, they'll position it close to the garage or main entry.

30 Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service department to receive an authorization number before shipping the item back to us. Please note that items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted. Items must be returned in new condition.
Return Shipping
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. In the case that you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly refund you for the product in its entirety minus the cost of shipping and return shipping incurred by BBQ Kitchen Pros.
To qualify for return shipping, items must be returned in the original packaging, and pallet, (if included) and within the continental US. Once your return is approved and processed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print the label and adhere to the package. Please ensure the returned item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
Remember, returns only apply to items returned in the original packaging. If an item is returned in non-original or damaged packaging, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs. In addition, freight shipping is scheduled for pick-up at a specific date and time, which is agreed upon by the customer. and customers must be there at the scheduled time. Missing scheduled freight time will result in a dry run fee which is issued by the shipping company.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please make a note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to support@bbqkitchenpros.com on the day of delivery.
Original Packaging Please keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. Items that are not returned in their original packaging may not be accepted for return.

A. 30 Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Items must be returned in new condition. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

C. Damaged & Wrong Products & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To return your product, you should contact our mail. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
D. Exchanges

E. No Re-stocking Fees
