The Vent-A-Hood JDIH248/C2 is a 48-inch island-mounted range hood from the Premier Magic Lung® Designer Series — Vent-A-Hood's most premium island collection. The JDIH/C2 is the C2 configuration of the JDIH concave canopy: a concave body with tapered clipped corners and offset lip styling — an inward-curving form with precisely chamfered and tapered corner geometry and a deliberately asymmetric bottom edge. The C2 configuration offers a slightly different canopy proportion and profile relative to the JDIH/C1 — the same foundational design language expressed with different dimensional relationships, making it suitable for different island scales and ceiling heights. Dual Magic Lung® blowers deliver 550 CFM of airflow — equivalent to 900 CFM from conventional systems — with 99% centrifugal grease capture and SensaSource® automatic heat detection. JDIH28/C2 uses dual Magic Lung® blowers for 550 CFM (900 CFM equivalent) — ideal for standard residential cooking. Island installation requires ceiling-routed ductwork and a dedicated 115V circuit by a licensed contractor. Standard 6" round or 3¼" × 10" rectangular ductwork is typical at this CFM level. Outdoor patio installations require a GFCI-protected circuit.

30 Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service department to receive an authorization number before shipping the item back to us. Please note that items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted. Items must be returned in new condition.
Return Shipping
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. In the case that you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly refund you for the product in its entirety minus the cost of shipping and return shipping incurred by BBQ Kitchen Pros.
To qualify for return shipping, items must be returned in the original packaging, and pallet, (if included) and within the continental US. Once your return is approved and processed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print the label and adhere to the package. Please ensure the returned item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
Remember, returns only apply to items returned in the original packaging. If an item is returned in non-original or damaged packaging, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs. In addition, freight shipping is scheduled for pick-up at a specific date and time, which is agreed upon by the customer. and customers must be there at the scheduled time. Missing scheduled freight time will result in a dry run fee which is issued by the shipping company.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please make a note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to support@bbqkitchenpros.com on the day of delivery.
Original Packaging Please keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. Items that are not returned in their original packaging may not be accepted for return.
Non-Refundable Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

A. 30 Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Items must be returned in new condition. C. Damaged & Wrong Products & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To return your product, you should contact our mail. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
D. Exchanges
