- This is the 38" Cutlass Elite — RCS's flagship built-in grill series. The Cutlass Elite is the top tier of the RCS lineup, adding color-changing illuminated knobs, 8mm Sear-Marx cooking grids, a smoker box, spring-assist hood, and an included rotisserie kit over the Cutlass Pro. If you want the most fully-equipped RCS built-in, this is it.
- Cutout required: 41 1/4" wide × 20" deep × 11" tall. Measure your island opening carefully before ordering. The 30" model requires a different cutout width. Built-in grills cannot be returned once installed into an island.
- 120V power is required at the island. The interior halogen lights and color-changing LED knobs both need a dedicated 120V connection in the grill bay. All burners, ignition, and cooking functions work without power — only the lighting and LED knobs require it.
- Field-convertible between Natural Gas and Propane. Ships set up for Natural Gas. Conversion to Propane can be done in the field without replacing the unit.
- Insulated liner required for combustible island frames. If your island uses wood framing, OSB, or other combustibles, order the LJRON38 insulated liner separately — required by the manufacturer for safe installation.

Installation & Compatibility
The CEG38 requires a cutout of 41 1/4" wide × 20" deep × 11" tall. Compatible with aluminum stud, steel stud, and concrete block island construction. For combustible island framing (wood, OSB, plywood), order the LJRON38 insulated liner separately — required by the manufacturer.
120V electrical rough-in is required in the grill bay before the island is closed. All burner and ignition functions operate without power; only the halogen lights and LED knobs require 120V.

Warranty

Freight Shipment Specifics
The majority of freight items are shipped on pallets. Some delivery companies will reach out to fix a delivery slot, whereas others aim to drop off your order at the most accessible spot nearest to your home, preferably close to a garage. For Scheduled Delivery
Companies that arrange delivery slots necessitate your presence for the delivery and your signature for confirmation. Deliveries are made using a semi-truck with lift gate service, placing the shipment by the curb. Should you grant permission for the delivery to be left unsupervised, BBQ Kitchen Pros cannot assume responsibility for any ensuing damages. For Non-Scheduled Deliveries
Delivery services that don't operate on appointments don't mandate your presence or a scheduled delivery slot. There's also no signature required upon receipt. Without the hassle of scheduling or waiting around, let the delivery come to you. If you're home during the drop-off, the driver can be asked to place your items in the garage. If you're away, they'll position it close to the garage or main entry.

Change of Address

30 Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service department to receive an authorization number before shipping the item back to us. Please note that items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted. Items must be returned in new condition.
Return Shipping
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. In the case that you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly refund you for the product in its entirety minus the cost of shipping and return shipping incurred by BBQ Kitchen Pros.
To qualify for return shipping, items must be returned in the original packaging, and pallet, (if included) and within the continental US. Once your return is approved and processed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print the label and adhere to the package. Please ensure the returned item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
Remember, returns only apply to items returned in the original packaging. If an item is returned in non-original or damaged packaging, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs. In addition, freight shipping is scheduled for pick-up at a specific date and time, which is agreed upon by the customer. and customers must be there at the scheduled time. Missing scheduled freight time will result in a dry run fee which is issued by the shipping company.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please make a note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to support@bbqkitchenpros.com on the day of delivery.
Original Packaging Please keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. Items that are not returned in their original packaging may not be accepted for return.
Non-Refundable Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

A. 30 Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Items must be returned in new condition. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
B. Easy Return Process

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Items that are not eligible for return include the following:

C. Damaged & Wrong Products & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To return your product, you should contact our mail. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
D. Exchanges

E. No Re-stocking Fees
For our products, there is no Restocking Fee.
F. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not.
