Twin Wine & Beverage Tap — One Keg, One Tap, Nitrogen-Powered Draft Pouring

The MOKR224-SSD1A is configured with a twin wine and beverage tap — two faucets mounted on a double-insulated stainless steel draft tower. This is the right configuration for dispensing two kegs of wine or non-carbonated beverages simultaneously: pour a red and a white wine side by side, offer guests a choice between a rosé and a nitro cold brew, or serve any two non-carbonated draft beverages from the same unit. The nitrogen system pressurizes the keg and pushes the beverage up through the draft line and out the faucet — without adding carbonation. This is the critical difference from the beer and beverage models: CO2 would carbonate wine and other still beverages, ruining their character. Nitrogen is an inert gas that moves the liquid without changing its flavor, texture, or carbonation level. Marvel Refrigeration Limited Warranty

Marvel warrants to the original purchaser that the outdoor built-in beverage dispenser and all parts are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use. Full unit warranty: one (1) year from the date of original purchase, including parts and labor. Cosmetic defects are covered for sixty (60) days from purchase. Sealed system warranty: five (5) years covering the compressor, condenser, evaporator, drier, and all connecting tubing (parts only, labor not included). This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The warranty applies to units operated outside only if designed for outdoor use by model and serial number. Exclusions include non-residential use, negligence, accident, improper use, maintenance, installation, service, repair, acts of God, consumable parts (water filters, light bulbs, nitrogen tanks), and food or beverage loss. Marvel Refrigeration Limited Warranty

Marvel warrants to the original purchaser that the outdoor built-in beverage dispenser and all parts are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use. Full unit warranty: one (1) year from the date of original purchase, including parts and labor. Cosmetic defects are covered for sixty (60) days from purchase. Sealed system warranty: five (5) years covering the compressor, condenser, evaporator, drier, and all connecting tubing (parts only, labor not included). This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The warranty applies to units operated outside only if designed for outdoor use by model and serial number. If you find that your parcel has been damaged in transit, please reject the parcel if possible and contact our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for further assistance.

 BBQ Kitchen Pros Return Policy

At BBQ Kitchen Pros, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a return and refund policy.

30 Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service department to receive an authorization number before shipping the item back to us. Please note that items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted. Items must be returned in new condition. 

Return Shipping

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. In the case that you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly refund you for the product in its entirety minus the cost of shipping and return shipping incurred by BBQ Kitchen Pros.

To qualify for return shipping, items must be returned in the original packaging, and pallet, (if included) and within the continental US. Once your return is approved and processed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print the label and adhere to the package. Please ensure the returned item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.

Remember, returns only apply to items returned in the original packaging. If an item is returned in non-original or damaged packaging, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs. In addition, freight shipping is scheduled for pick-up at a specific date and time, which is agreed upon by the customer. and customers must be there at the scheduled time. Missing scheduled freight time will result in a dry run fee which is issued by the shipping company. 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please make a note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to support@bbqkitchenpros.com on the day of delivery. 

Original Packaging Please keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. Items that are not returned in their original packaging may not be accepted for return.

Non-Refundable Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

A. 30 Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Items must be returned in new condition. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

B. Easy Return Process

To start a return, you can contact us at support@bbqkitchenpros.com or call us at +1 888-678-3530. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Items that are not eligible for return include the following:

Custom-made, special-order, and made-to-order products. Items are marked non-returnable in the item description. 

C. Damaged & Wrong Products & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To return your product, you should contact our mail. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

D. Exchanges

We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at support@bbqkitchenpros.com or call us at +1 888-678-3530.

E. No Re-stocking Fees

For our products, there is no Restocking Fee.

F. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded back to your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
