Full unit warranty: one (1) year from the date of original purchase, including parts and labor. Cosmetic defects are covered for sixty (60) days from purchase. Sealed system warranty: five (5) years covering the compressor, condenser, evaporator, drier, and all connecting tubing (parts only, labor not included). This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The warranty applies to units operated outside only if designed for outdoor use by model and serial number. 30 Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service department to receive an authorization number before shipping the item back to us. Return Shipping

To qualify for return shipping, items must be returned in the original packaging, and pallet, (if included) and within the continental US. Once your return is approved and processed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print the label and adhere to the package. Please ensure the returned item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
Remember, returns only apply to items returned in the original packaging. If an item is returned in non-original or damaged packaging, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs. In addition, freight shipping is scheduled for pick-up at a specific date and time, which is agreed upon by the customer. and customers must be there at the scheduled time. Missing scheduled freight time will result in a dry run fee which is issued by the shipping company.

Original Packaging Please keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. Items that are not returned in their original packaging may not be accepted for return.
