Marvel Refrigeration Limited Warranty

Marvel warrants to the original purchaser that the outdoor mobile beverage dispenser and all parts are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use. Full unit warranty: one (1) year from the date of original purchase, including parts and labor. Cosmetic defects are covered for sixty (60) days from purchase. Sealed system warranty: five (5) years covering the compressor, condenser, evaporator, drier, and all connecting tubing (parts only, labor not included). This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The warranty applies to units operated outside only if designed for outdoor use by model and serial number. Exclusions include non-residential use, negligence, accident, improper use, maintenance, installation, service, repair, acts of God, consumable parts (water filters, light bulbs, CO2 tanks), and food or beverage loss. The 5.7 cu. ft. interior fits 1 half barrel (full-size keg), 1 quarter barrel, 1 slim quarter barrel, 2 slim 1/6 barrels, or 2 Cornelius kegs. Cornelius ball-lock fitting is not included and must be purchased separately if using Cornelius kegs.

Can this unit also function as a refrigerator?

Yes. When the keg is removed, two included stow-on-board stainless steel shelves install inside the cabinet and convert the 5.7 cu. ft. interior into bottle and can storage. The unit then functions as a high-capacity outdoor refrigerator with the same 34°F–60°F temperature control.

Is a CO2 tank included?

Yes. The MOKR224-SSA1A ships with a CO2 tank. The tank will need to be filled at a local gas supplier before first use. The tank stores in a secure internal compartment inside the cabinet.

Can this unit be built into cabinetry?

Yes. While the MOKR224-SSA1A is designed as a mobile unit with four casters, it also fits a standard 24-inch cutout (24" W × 24" D × 34" to 35" H) for built-in installation. Remove the casters for built-in use and adjust the leveling legs as needed.

What is the difference between the single and twin tap models?

The single tap model (MOKR224-SSA1A) has one faucet on one draft tower and dispenses one keg at a time. The twin tap model (MOKR224-SSB1A) has two faucets on one draft tower and can dispense two kegs simultaneously — ideal for offering guests a choice between two different beverages.

Is this unit ENERGY STAR certified?

No. The MOKR224 mobile beverage dispenser series is not ENERGY STAR certified. This is the only Marvel outdoor product category that does not carry ENERGY STAR certification.
