This is awesome quality. Weighs 350 lbs but has four castors to roll easily. Did 18 pound brisket on top rack and turned out perfect! Started at 3am and was done around 1pm and then put in cooler to rest. The temp outside was low 40’s and windy so I had to turn up the LHT adjustment to 030 (means...This is awesome quality. I also did ribeyes on the flame searing side and felt like I was cooking over a real wood fire! I’ve had other pellet grills and this one blows others out of the water. The simplicity of controller and well built stainless steel unit makes it fun to operate and gives you the feeling that it will last a long time. I had a couple small issues but Cookshack remedied them with next day delivery. Awesome customer service.

after reading numerous reviews and watching YouTube videos I decided to pull the trigger and order the smoker. It shipped much quicker than expected and was delivered on a pallet. Have someone help unpack it as its quite heavy. Emptying out the boxes from bottom cabinet helps to decrease the weight...after reading numerous reviews and watching YouTube videos I decided to pull the trigger and order the smoker. It shipped much quicker than expected and was delivered on a pallet. Have someone help unpack it as its quite heavy. Emptying out the boxes from bottom cabinet helps to decrease the weight when you lift it right-side up. Assembly was straight forward. It probably took more time to remove the protective plastic covering on the grill than to put everything together. It was a little tricky to put the ethernet cable plug for the wifi antenna through the round grommet though. The wifi setup was a little confusing at first. It had to be first done on the phone without the app. Then the rest was all through the Memphis app. So how does it work It's amazing. The temperature control was quite good. Using my thermoworks smoke I kept an eye on the temp fluctuations and it wavers about 10 degrees /- from the set temp. Smoking ribs at 225 was as easy as setting the temp and watching for the meat to come to temp. Coming from a Weber propane and a Weber charcoal grill it was do much easier. I could never get 225F on the propane grill with constantly fidgeting with the fire. Also no more smoker box! The ribs were delicious and I think better than our local BBQ joint (45min drive away). Can't wait to put a brisket on to see how it will turn out. It is $$$$ but the 304 stainless, oven-quality gasket and the brains controlling the temp makes it worth every dollar.

Delta Heat guarantees that all fabricated stainless steel components will be free from material and workmanship defects under normal residential use for a duration of two (2) years from the date of purchase. However, this warranty does not cover discoloration, surface scratches, weather-related staining, or minor surface rust and oxidation, as these are expected conditions for outdoor products. In multi-user environments, such as bed and breakfasts or private clubs, Delta Heat provides a 90-day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the original purchase date. This warranty does not apply to commercial settings like restaurants. For full warranty details, please refer to the manufacturer's manual.

For Non-Scheduled Deliveries

30 Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service department to receive an authorization number before shipping the item back to us. Please note that items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted. Items must be returned in new condition. 

Return Shipping

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. In the case that you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly refund you for the product in its entirety minus the cost of shipping and return shipping incurred by BBQ Kitchen Pros.

To qualify for return shipping, items must be returned in the original packaging, pallet, and within the continental US. Once your return is approved and processed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print the label and adhere it to the package. Please ensure the returned item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.

Remember, returns only apply to items returned in the original packaging and pallet. If an item is returned in non-original or damaged packaging, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs. In addition, freight shipping is scheduled for pick-up at a specific date and time, which is agreed upon by the customer. and customers must be there at the scheduled time. Missing scheduled freight time will result in a dry run fee which is issued by the shipping company.

Original Packaging Please keep all the original packaging and pallets for any items that need to be returned. Items that are not returned in their original packaging may not be accepted for return.

Non-Refundable Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

Warranty

Delta Heat guarantees that all fabricated stainless steel components will be free from material and workmanship defects under normal residential use for a duration of two (2) years from the date of purchase. However, this warranty does not cover discoloration, surface scratches, weather-related staining, or minor surface rust and oxidation, as these are expected conditions for outdoor products. In multi-user environments, such as bed and breakfasts or private clubs, Delta Heat provides a 90-day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the original purchase date. This warranty does not apply to commercial settings like restaurants. For full warranty details, please refer to the manufacturer's manual.

For Scheduled Delivery

Companies that arrange delivery slots necessitate your presence for the delivery and your signature for confirmation. Deliveries are made using a semi-truck with lift gate services, placing the shipment by the curb. Should you grant permission for the delivery to be left unsupervised, BBQ Kitchen Pros cannot assume responsibility for any ensuing damages. For Non-Scheduled Deliveries

Delivery services that don't operate on appointments don't mandate your presence or a scheduled delivery slot. There's also no signature required upon receipt. Without the hassle of scheduling or waiting around, let the delivery come to you. If you're home during the drop-off, the driver can be asked to place your items in the garage. If you're away, they'll position it close to the garage or main entry.

Dispatch Timeframe

Change of Address

Once your order is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@bbqkitchenpros.com.

Cancellations

Parcels Damaged in Transit

BBQ Kitchen Pros Return Policy

At BBQ Kitchen Pros, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a return and refund policy.

30 Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service department to receive an authorization number before shipping the item back to us. Please note that items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted. Items must be returned in new condition. 

Return Shipping

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. In the case that you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly refund you for the product in its entirety minus the cost of shipping and return shipping incurred by BBQ Kitchen Pros.

To qualify for return shipping, items must be returned in the original packaging, pallet, and within the continental US. Once your return is approved and processed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print the label and adhere it to the package. Please ensure the returned item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.

Remember, returns only apply to items returned in the original packaging and pallet. If an item is returned in non-original or damaged packaging, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs. In addition, freight shipping is scheduled for pick-up at a specific date and time, which is agreed upon by the customer. and customers must be there at the scheduled time. Missing scheduled freight time will result in a dry run fee which is issued by the shipping company. 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please make a note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to support@bbqkitchenpros.com on the day of delivery. 

Original Packaging Please keep all the original packaging and pallets for any items that need to be returned. Items that are not returned in their original packaging may not be accepted for return.

Non-Refundable Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

A. 30 Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Items must be returned in new condition. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

B. Easy Return Process

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Items that are not eligible for return include the following:

Custom-made, special-order, and made-to-order products. Items are marked non-returnable in the item description. 

C. Damaged & Wrong Products & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To return your product, you should contact our mail.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

D. Exchanges

E. No Re-stocking Fees

For our products, there is no Restocking Fee.

F. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not.
