The Broil King Baron 520 Grill is made for people who love to grill and want a powerful, easy-to-use barbecue. Whether you're grilling burgers, roasting chicken, or cooking a juicy steak, this grill gives you all the tools you need to make every meal great.
The Baron 520 Grill has five Dual-Tube™ burners, which are made of durable stainless steel. These burners produce 45,000 BTUs of heat, meaning the grill heats up fast and stays hot. The tube-in-tube design makes sure the flames spread evenly, so your food cooks evenly without cold spots.
Grilling is about flavor, too. The Flav-R-Wave™ cooking system catches drippings and turns them into flavorful smoke, giving your food that delicious BBQ taste. It also keeps the burners safe from grease buildup.
The thick, 8mm stainless steel cooking grates retain heat and cook your food evenly. With 570 square inches of main cooking space and an extra 250 square-inch warming rack, there's plenty of room to grill for family and friends.
The Linear-Flow™ valves with Sensi-Touch™ control knobs let you adjust the heat easily. Whether you’re searing, roasting, or cooking low and slow, you’ll always have control over the temperature.
This grill is built to last. It has a strong stainless steel hood, cast aluminum end caps, and a Therma-Cast™ aluminum cook box that keep heat inside the grill while standing up to outdoor weather.
The Accu-Temp™ thermometer lets you track the cooking temperature, so your food comes out just the way you like it.
Grilling at night? The built-in control panel lights let you adjust the heat, even when it’s dark outside.
The Baron 520 also has a convenient enclosed cabinet for storing your tools, spices, and accessories. The stainless steel drop-down shelves offer extra space when you need it. Plus, the heavy-duty locking swivel casters make it easy to move and keep the grill stable while you're cooking.
Choose between the propane (LP) or natural gas (NG) versions. The propane version uses a 20lb tank (not included), while the natural gas version comes with a 10ft hose to connect to your home’s gas supply.
Warranty
Broil King offers a limited lifetime warranty on the cookbox, while the stainless steel burners and Flav-R-Wave™ system are covered for 10 years. Other parts and paint are covered for 2 years. Labor not included.

Estimated Delivery Time
Post shipment, anticipate your items within a timeframe of 3-5 business days. We utilize UPS and FedEx for smaller items. It's crucial to note that more substantial items and certain orders are dispatched via freight. Freight shipping is somewhat more intricate compared to regular parcel deliveries, hence understanding the process in advance ensures a smooth delivery experience.
Freight Shipment Specifics
The majority of freight items are shipped on pallets. Some delivery companies will reach out to fix a delivery slot, whereas others aim to drop off your order at the most accessible spot nearest to your home, preferably close to a garage. The shipping confirmation email will detail the specific delivery procedures to anticipate.
For Scheduled Delivery
Companies that arrange delivery slots necessitate your presence for the delivery and your signature for confirmation. Deliveries are made using a semi-truck with lift gate service, placing the shipment by the curb. Should you grant permission for the delivery to be left unsupervised, BBQ Kitchen Pros cannot assume responsibility for any ensuing damages. For Non-Scheduled Deliveries
Delivery services that don't operate on appointments don't mandate your presence or a scheduled delivery slot. There's also no signature required upon receipt. Without the hassle of scheduling or waiting around, let the delivery come to you. If you're home during the drop-off, the driver can be asked to place your items in the garage. If you're away, they'll position it close to the garage or main entry.

Change of Address

Parcels Damaged in Transit

At BBQ Kitchen Pros, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a return and refund policy.
30 Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service department to receive an authorization number before shipping the item back to us. Please note that items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted. Items must be returned in new condition.
Return Shipping
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. In the case that you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly refund you for the product in its entirety minus the cost of shipping and return shipping incurred by BBQ Kitchen Pros.
To qualify for return shipping, items must be returned in the original packaging, and pallet, (if included) and within the continental US. Once your return is approved and processed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print the label and adhere to the package. Please ensure the returned item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
Remember, returns only apply to items returned in the original packaging. If an item is returned in non-original or damaged packaging, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs. In addition, freight shipping is scheduled for pick-up at a specific date and time, which is agreed upon by the customer. and customers must be there at the scheduled time. Missing scheduled freight time will result in a dry run fee which is issued by the shipping company.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please make a note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to support@bbqkitchenpros.com on the day of delivery.
Original Packaging Please keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. Items that are not returned in their original packaging may not be accepted for return.
Non-Refundable Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

A. 30 Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Items must be returned in new condition. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
B. Easy Return Process

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Items that are not eligible for return include the following:
Custom-made, special-order, and made-to-order products. Items are marked non-returnable in the item description.
C. Damaged & Wrong Products & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To return your product, you should contact our mail. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
D. Exchanges
We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at support@bbqkitchenpros.com or call us at +1 888-678-3530.
E. No Re-stocking Fees
For our products, there is no Restocking Fee.
F. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded back to your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
