The Professional LUX 44-inch is Blaze's largest grill. This is the same collection in a 34-inch body — the same H-burners, the same 12mm hexagon searing rods, the same infrared rotisserie burner, the same heavy-gauge construction. What changes is the footprint and the burner count. Three H-burners instead of four. 615 square inches of primary cooking space instead of 797. A 32¼-inch cutout instead of 42½. Everything else that defines the Professional LUX tier stays the same.
The searing rods tell the story. At 12mm, the hexagonal stainless steel rods hold more thermal mass than the triangle rods on the LTE+ or the 8mm round rods on the LBM. More thermal mass means more energy stored in the grate at the moment of contact. That's the difference between a surface mark and a crust — the kind of crust that requires a commercial broiler or a grill built specifically for it. The hexagonal shape provides flat contact surfaces for consistent heat transfer across the full width of the protein.
The H-burner design distributes heat across a wider area per burner than the linear burners on the LTE+ or the tube burners on the LBM. At 18,000 BTU each — 4,000 more per burner than either the LTE+ or LTE PRO — the Professional LUX runs hotter per zone. Three zones at 18,000 BTU each outperform four zones at 14,000 when you need concentrated, high-heat searing across a defined area.
The included rotisserie kit uses a 10,000 BTU infrared rear burner. Infrared delivers radiant heat that cooks more evenly during rotation than a conventional rear burner, and it won't dry out proteins the way convective heat can over long cooks.

30 Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service department to receive an authorization number before shipping the item back to us. Please note that items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted. Items must be returned in new condition.
Return Shipping
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. In the case that you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly refund you for the product in its entirety minus the cost of shipping and return shipping incurred by BBQ Kitchen Pros.
To qualify for return shipping, items must be returned in the original packaging, and pallet, (if included) and within the continental US. Once your return is approved and processed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print the label and adhere to the package. Please ensure the returned item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
Remember, returns only apply to items returned in the original packaging. If an item is returned in non-original or damaged packaging, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs. In addition, freight shipping is scheduled for pick-up at a specific date and time, which is agreed upon by the customer. and customers must be there at the scheduled time. Missing scheduled freight time will result in a dry run fee which is issued by the shipping company.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please make a note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to support@bbqkitchenpros.com on the day of delivery.
Original Packaging Please keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. Items that are not returned in their original packaging may not be accepted for return.
Non-Refundable Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

A. 30 Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Items must be returned in new condition. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

C. Damaged & Wrong Products & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To return your product, you should contact our mail. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
D. Exchanges
