A pull-out, foam-insulated ice chest under the counter: 32 pounds of ice, four condiment pans and a drain, with no electricity and no countertop space. Sealed with Marine Armour for coastal living.
The ice drawer is the beverage center for an island that has run out of counter. It mounts below the countertop and pulls out 21 5/8 inches on heavy-duty glides rated for 150 pounds, so the whole bin of ice, bottles and garnishes comes to you. The basin is wrapped in 1-inch foam with a magnetic rubber gasket, so 32 pounds of ice lasts the length of a party in summer heat, and a drain with tube carries the meltwater away. A 6-inch-deep stainless ice pan and four condiment pans keep limes, cherries and mixers organized and cold beside the drinks. All 304 stainless, no plug, no compressor. A hand-applied Marine Armour ceramic coating seals the stainless against salt air, UV and harsh weather.

Marine Armour Ceramic Coating for Coastal Living
Marine Armour is a clear, liquid ceramic coating hand-applied over the stainless in a four-step process. It cures into a non-absorbent, glass-like finish that fills the tiny pores of the steel, protecting it from salt air corrosion, oxidation, UV rays, staining and harsh weather. A once-a-year maintenance application keeps the protection going.
02 · Insulation
1-Inch Foam Basin with a Magnetic Gasket
The basin is molded in 1-inch foam on every side and the bottom, and a magnetic rubber gasket seals the drawer when it closes. That is what keeps 32 pounds of ice from turning into a puddle by the second hour of a July party. A drain hole and tube carry the meltwater out.
03 · Drawer
Heavy-Duty Glides, 150-Pound Capacity, 21 5/8-Inch Extension
Ice, bottles and pans are heavy. The drawer rides on glides rated for 150 pounds and extends 21 5/8 inches, so the back of the bin is as reachable as the front and the drawer does not sag when it is loaded for a crowd.

For Scheduled Delivery

Deliveries are made using a semi-truck with lift gate service, placing the shipment by the curb. For Non-Scheduled Deliveries

If you're away, they'll position it close to the garage or main entry.

30 Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service department to receive an authorization number before shipping the item back to us. Please note that items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted. Items must be returned in new condition.
Return Shipping
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. In the case that you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly refund you for the product in its entirety minus the cost of shipping and return shipping incurred by BBQ Kitchen Pros.
To qualify for return shipping, items must be returned in the original packaging, and pallet, (if included) and within the continental US. Once your return is approved and processed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print the label and adhere to the package. Please ensure the returned item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
Remember, returns only apply to items returned in the original packaging. If an item is returned in non-original or damaged packaging, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs. In addition, freight shipping is scheduled for pick-up at a specific date and time, which is agreed upon by the customer. and customers must be there at the scheduled time. Missing scheduled freight time will result in a dry run fee which is issued by the shipping company.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please make a note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to support@bbqkitchenpros.com on the day of delivery.
Original Packaging Please keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. Items that are not returned in their original packaging may not be accepted for return.
Non-Refundable Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

A. 30 Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Items must be returned in new condition. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

C. Damaged & Wrong Products & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To return your product, you should contact our mail. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
D. Exchanges

E. No Re-stocking Fees
For our products, there is no Restocking Fee.
F. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not.
