Easy to Use, Fun to Cook With The All New Alfa Moderno Pizza Oven
The Alfa Moderno 2 Pizze Pizza Oven is made for people who love pizza and want to cook like the pros. This oven can make two pizzas at the same time. It gets really hot – up to 1000°F – which means your pizza is ready in just a few minutes!
Alfa ovens use special HeatKeeper bricks. These bricks hold in the heat so your pizza crust gets crispy, but not burnt. The bricks also make the pizza soft inside. The oven also has Superwool® insulation to keep the heat in and help save fuel.
Hot air in the oven doesn't just go straight out the chimney. Instead, it goes all around and then down, heating everything up better. It’s called the Full Circulation Flue System. This helps cook your pizza evenly, from the bottom crust to the toppings.
This pizza oven is great for more than just pizza. You can bake bread (up to 4.4 lbs), roast veggies, and even cook meats. It's the perfect size for making food for 1 to 18 people.
It looks great, too! With a bright yellow color and smooth design, it makes your outdoor kitchen look amazing. The stainless steel door and chimney last a long time, even in the rain or sun. It comes with a lid and leveling feet, so it’s safe and easy to use anywhere.

Post shipment, anticipate your items within a timeframe of 3-5 business days. We utilize UPS and FedEx for smaller items. It's crucial to note that more substantial items and certain orders are dispatched via freight. Freight Shipment Specifics
The majority of freight items are shipped on pallets. Some delivery companies will reach out to fix a delivery slot, whereas others aim to drop off your order at the most accessible spot nearest to your home, preferably close to a garage. For Scheduled Delivery
Companies that arrange delivery slots necessitate your presence for the delivery and your signature for confirmation. Deliveries are made using a semi-truck with lift gate service, placing the shipment by the curb. Should you grant permission for the delivery to be left unsupervised, BBQ Kitchen Pros cannot assume responsibility for any ensuing damages. For Non-Scheduled Deliveries
Delivery services that don't operate on appointments don't mandate your presence or a scheduled delivery slot. There's also no signature required upon receipt. Without the hassle of scheduling or waiting around, let the delivery come to you. If you're home during the drop-off, the driver can be asked to place your items in the garage. If you're away, they'll position it close to the garage or main entry.
Dispatch Timeframe

Change of Address

Cancellations

Parcels Damaged in Transit
If you find that your parcel has been damaged in transit, please reject the parcel if possible and contact our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for further assistance.

At BBQ Kitchen Pros, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a return and refund policy.
30 Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service department to receive an authorization number before shipping the item back to us. Please note that items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted. Items must be returned in new condition.
Return Shipping
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. In the case that you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly refund you for the product in its entirety minus the cost of shipping and return shipping incurred by BBQ Kitchen Pros.
To qualify for return shipping, items must be returned in the original packaging, and pallet, (if included) and within the continental US. Once your return is approved and processed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print the label and adhere to the package. Please ensure the returned item is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
Remember, returns only apply to items returned in the original packaging. If an item is returned in non-original or damaged packaging, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs. In addition, freight shipping is scheduled for pick-up at a specific date and time, which is agreed upon by the customer. and customers must be there at the scheduled time. Missing scheduled freight time will result in a dry run fee which is issued by the shipping company.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please make a note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to support@bbqkitchenpros.com on the day of delivery.
Original Packaging Please keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. Items that are not returned in their original packaging may not be accepted for return.
Non-Refundable Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

A. 30 Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Items must be returned in new condition. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
B. Easy Return Process

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Items that are not eligible for return include the following:
Custom-made, special-order, and made-to-order products. Items are marked non-returnable in the item description.
C. Damaged & Wrong Products & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To return your product, you should contact our mail. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
D. Exchanges

E. No Re-stocking Fees
For our products, there is no Restocking Fee.
F. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded back to your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
