Versatile Dual Ring Burner for Wide Temperature Range

At the heart of your power burner is a double-ring burner system, and the Versa Power Cooking System gives you exceptional grilling power with up to 45,000 total BTUs. Alfresco designed this burner to offer an enormous cooking range from 400 BTUs, all the way up to 45,000 BTUs of high heat power. At the center of your burner system is a brass burner that adjusts between 400 and 20,000 BTUs, perfect for cooking small side dishes.

Whether you need to melt butter, simmer your favorite BBQ sauce, slow-cook soup, or steam veggies, this inner brass burner is perfect for the job. The outer stainless steel burner ring reaches an enormous temperature, stretching from 5,000 BTUs up to 45,000 BTUs. Boil water in seconds, sauté your BBQ toppings, or cook your stir-classics with perfection and precision temperature control. Each burner is individually controlled right from the front of your control panel for complete and precise heat control.

Alfresco designed this power burner to accommodate any cooking style needed. Upgrade your power burner with a commercial-grade 21.5-inch wok or cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a removable teppanyaki 19-inch griddle that fits perfectly on top for a flat griddle surface.

Exterior Control Panel Amber LED Lighting

The bottom of your power burner system includes a pull-out grease tray. Stretching the full length of your power burner, this pull-out grease tray is designed to provide easy cleaning and to prevent flare-ups from grease building up enhancing both safety and convenience. On the front control, Alfresco installed its signature Amber LED lighting on the gas control panel, and the Versa Power Cooking System paired perfectly with other Alfresco Grills and Side Burners.

Equipped with a 110V electronic ignition, the side burner ensures a safe and reliable start every time. This system adds convenience and peace of mind, allowing you to ignite the power burner effortlessly. Both require an electrical outlet for a power supply.
