Delta Heat is the lower-priced line from Twin Eagles. It uses the same welded 304 stainless steel and U burner layout, with fewer upgrades and a simpler control setup. Both use the same U burner shape, but Twin Eagles uses thicker 14-gauge steel and rates each burner about 50% higher. You feel that difference when you preheat and when you sear a cold, thick steak.
