Warranty Information

The stainless steel main burners, hexagonal grates, and all fabricated stainless steel components are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for the lifetime of the product. The stainless steel briquette trays, sear zone burners, rotisserie burners, and drip pans are warranted for a period of five (5) years under normal use. All other grill components are covered for two (2) years from the original date of purchase. For one (1) year from the original purchase date, your Twin Eagles grill warranty includes all parts and labor required to repair or replace any defective part. For multi-user settings, such as bed and breakfast inns and private clubs, Twin Eagles offers a warranty of ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not apply to restaurants or primarily commercial settings. Refer to the manufacturer's manual for complete warranty details.
