Warranty

Napoleon warrants the TravelQ 285 and TravelQ PRO 285 series against defects in materials and workmanship for the following periods: 10 years on aluminum castings, stainless steel bases, stainless steel lids, and porcelain enamel lids; 5 years full coverage + 50% off until year 10 on painted steel lids, stainless steel tube burners, stainless steel sear plates, porcelain enamel cast iron grids, and ceramic infrared burners (excluding screen); and 2 years on all other parts.
